I rang at 1pm for a non-urgent job and he was with me by 4pm! The locking mechanism on my back UPVC door had broken so he replaced it quickly and in a tidy fashion. Was friendly to talk to too.

Our backdoor lock failed, we called Chris and he was with us within two hours. He quickly identified fault, replaced cylinder and cut new keys. He was so efficient and professional, first class services, most impressed.
