My back door key broke in lock. I called Chris, who came out within 15 minutes. He was polite, friendly, professional and got the job done quickly. His cost was also very reasonable and I certainly would call on him again.

Excellent in all areas. Came quickly, arrived at the given time, very tidy, did an efficient job. Courteous and did extra helpful tasks for free, e.g. he came to unlock a door, and oiled all the other locks in the house for free.

When I contracted Chris Cavanah by phone he asked clear and concise questions about my problem (un-openable door). He quickly fixed a time for a visit. Visited at the agreed time, door opened, broken part shown and replacement (lock gearbox) fitted, adjustments made and cleaned up.
