Service, re-align and repair 2 main door locks Time of arrival and costing issued in advance and adhered to. The 2 man team were both very polite, articulate, with a nice sense of humour and excellent attitude. Clearly explained the work necessary, worked unobtrusively and cleaned up efficiently afterwards. We were highly impressed and would not hesitate to recommend to other potential customers.

Patio/conservatory sliding door decided to jam shut this morning with a broken lock mechanism. I called Chris Cavanah and he attended within the hour and repaired the lock without any fuss. Very reliable and the second time I have used him.

Had a problem with the lock on the front. This had been fixed twice before by other locksmiths, which on one occasion cost a small fortune! He needlessly change parts that were not necessary. This was absolutely not the case with Chris , he explained everything that needed to be done and all the costs involved (which was nowhere near what we'd previously paid) before carrying out any work. They were quick, and even cleaned my door when they'd finished, super happy!

I had a key stuck upside down in a door. Lock around the clock were able to get to me within 2 hours. The price, fault and troubleshooting steps were all explained upfront. They left the door spotless and corrected a fault with the door rubbing the frame with out me asking them too. Would happily use them again.
