Due to domestic violence, needed to change one of my locks and put on additional bolts. Chris was really helpful and accommodating, expressed empathy for my situation. Even though he was pushed for time, he did all the jobs I requested there and then rather than coming back at a later date to fit the bolts.

Locks needed changed on my mother's house after she had lost keys. After initial call I received update calls with estimated time of arrival. Carried out work very efficiently and ensured thorough testing and that I was happy with workmanship prior to leaving house. Highly recommended.
