When I contracted Chris Cavanah by phone he asked clear and concise questions about my problem (un-openable door). He quickly fixed a time for a visit. Visited at the agreed time, door opened, broken part shown and replacement (lock gearbox) fitted, adjustments made and cleaned up.

Came quickly following callout late Saturday afternoon. Kept closely in touch as to progress and arrival time. Completed the work to a high standard, and had all spares in stock on the van. Even cut additional keys on the van as requested while here.
