Chris was super quick to come round and was flexible with appointment times. He arrived right on time and was very friendly and helpful - he even helped me in the house with my children's bicycles! Great advice given and fast, tidy workmanship. Would use again and would definitely recommend.

The gearbox on my Yale front door lock failed. Chris Cavanagh arrived quickly and looked at cheaper ways to solve the problem before replacing the mechanism. He was friendly and professional. Very pleased with what he has done.

Called up to solve a stuck key problem triggered by a dodgy gearbox failing in a multi-point locking front door. Chris was with me quickly, gave good advice and replaced the dodgy parts and was able to provide spare keys. Would use again.
