Very friendly, prompt and efficient. Chris kept me informed of the costs as he went along, even though these did change as he progressed but that was due to the specifics of the door and lock and the way it had broken. All work carried out to a high standard and very pleased with the workmanship and service.

We needed an emergency locksmith and the contractor was able to attend within 3 hours. The advice given was most helpful and we felt confident to ask for the job to be carried out, which was done in an efficient & professional manner. Will definitely use him again.

Phoned up to discuss replacement front door lock & maintenance to back door lock. Advised it wasn't urgent but he was round in about half hour. He gave me options & costs, decision made, he did the work. No problems - no fuss - no mess. I am satisfied that my wife and I are with a better lock for the next 10 years at least (at 87 I don't think I'll be too worried!).
