Excellent service from Chris and his colleague! Called on a Sunday as an emergency as my lock had seized and I couldn’t get in. Managed to get in but booked an appointment for Monday instead. They arrived in the morning, on time, and job was sorted within the hour. All work areas tidied up before they left. Advised on best locks to replace with, but no pressure to up-sell at all. Advised that basic one for my front door would be fine, saving me money too. Very reliable and trustworthy. Price was very reasonable and less than expected. Will definitely call him again if needed.

Called in Chris to fault find problem with conservatory door. He and a workmate arrived on time. Found fault with lock mechanism and gave options and prices for repair.
