Arrived when he said he would. Explained what was needed very thoroughly. Suggested different ideas - didn't push to do more than needed. Completed work fast & efficiently and much better than I had though possible. Very reasonable price would definitely recommend and will use again myself

It was a Saturday, it was urgent! I am 83, live alone and the front door decided not to lock. Panic! Luckily, my son, who lives locally, had used Mr Taverner was before. He arrived within about an hour and made me safe! No fuss, patient, tidy. He checked and double-checked his work. Excellent trader.
