Chris attended within 3 hours of being called and quickly solved the problem with our front door lock in an efficient and professional manner. He let us know when he was on his way and advised on costs. His charge of £49 represents very good value, we would definitely use him again.

Patio door wasn't locking, now fixed, along with several other odd jobs around the house which we'd lived with for years. Great service, kept us informed of costs as he went, and payment by debit card made the whole transaction lovely and smooth. He worked quickly and efficiently, and at £44 an hour we got a lot of things fixed for a reasonable price. Oh, and loved the advice to put his number in my phone rather than in the house, in case I'm locked out.

A tradesman arrived within about 20 minutes of our phone call. He correctly diagnosed the faults with our two doors, explaining that we didn't need new parts just adjustments. One one star for value for money as I feel that £44 per hour borders on extortionate.
