Fantastic job carried out to a very high standard. Chris and his Son arrived one day after I made an enquiry to have a lock fitted to an internal door. Courtesy call beforehand, as stated. Chris came when he said he would - very quickly. Examined the lock and diagnosed the issue and immediately set to work dismantling the entire door mechanism. He is a very skilled, competent and industrious fellow. He solved the problem in a short time, tested the solution, and charged us exactly what he estimated in the first place. First rate service from a first rate, and very pleasant chap!

They came the day I called. They phoned to confirm they were on their way and arrived promptly at the time we agreed. We went through what needed to be done and they explained the options available. Chris and George provided me with a really excellent service. They had to come twice, providing initially a same day short term solution and at their second visit a permanent solution. They fully met the Which? Traders code of conduct, they were unfailingly polite and pleasant and communicated well regarding arrival times, possible solutions to our problem and the price of the work needed.
