Fitted a new lock to back door. Works well. Made no mess. My other problem is an intermittent stiffness to the lock on the fairly new composite front door. Unfortunately, it was working perfectly when Chris came round. He oiled it and loosened it, so hopefully that will permanently solve the problem.

We locked ourselves out by leaving the key in the lock on the inside of the front door and couldn't get in. Mothering Sunday afternoon - turned up within 20 mins as stated and got us in!

I called Chris at 8.30am and he was here by 11am with his assistant. Masked up and ready to go. Our door was not secure and it was fixed within an hour and a new lock on. Friendly and efficient and a pleasure to deal with. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and his assistant to anyone.

Chris changed the gearboxes on two old UPVC doors and replaced one of the locks. He was very professional and approachable. At each stage of the job he clearly explained the different options and pricing so I felt I could make an informed choice. Work was reasonably priced and done to a high standard. I needed the work done at a specific time and Chris was flexible and reliable about this. I’d really recommend Chris to anyone needing repairs to their locks.
