Chris replaced two broken door latches with identical models and fixed them more securely. He and his assistant were reliable, punctual and tidy; they phoned on the day to say exactly when they would be arriving. We've used them before and have no hesitation in recommending them.

Had dismantled front door lock system to clean up sticky cylinder, but could not get back together. Winter, now evening, dark, very windy and front door stuck open, needed help. Call Chris of Lock Around The Clock ( I'd happily used him before). He kindly turned out as promised that evening, quickly reassembled complex lock system, and recommended fit stronger BSI anti-snap Euro cylinder. Had right cylinder on van, cut me 4 extra keys, fitted new cylinder,checked all worked, and how to use it. Cheerful, friendly, highly-skilled locksmith, got me out of trouble quickly, and for very reasonable price.

Chris and his apprentice arrived at the agreed time to sort out a faulty front door handle which meant the door could not be opened from the outside. They quickly determined the fault and were able to replace the part at the same time. Both Chris and his son were courteous and friendly whilst still being very professional. I will definitely use them again should the need arise and would recommend them to others.
