Cylinder had sheared off, when turning key in UPVC door, so unable to lock the door. Located number in Ricky local news magazine, called Chris in the evening, who came following day, circa lunchtime to replace the cylinder. The locksmith came within 20 mins of our phone call. Fitted new front door lock, cleaned up afterwards very professional. Told us exactly what he had to do. Very helpful we would definitely recommend to our family and friends. He was perfect.

Had to get a broken removed from my mother’s front door lock which she had sheared by turning it the wrong way, (she’s 87 riddled with arthritis and a little forgetful these days). Turned up promptly, was friendly and courteous. He was also able to supply a cover for the replacement key to make it easier to turn.

Door would not lock from inside or outside. We thought a new lock would be needed but were told immediately that this would not be necessary. The lock merely needed realignment and this was a far more economical solution. Work carried out quickly and efficiently.
