Called first thing Sunday morning and Chris advised he was able to call in to take a look at the work. He arrived within the hour, quoted and confirmed that he was able to fix the problem. Chris was great he fixed my door there and then. He had all the tools and was able to start and finish the job quickly and professional. I would have no hesitating in recommending Chris!

Rang Monday, came Tuesday am as promised. Replaced 3 lever lock with 5 lever lock, to comply with new insurance requirements. Will certainly use Chris again, and would definitely recommend him.

Cylinder had sheared off, when turning key in UPVC door, so unable to lock the door. Located number in Ricky local news magazine, called Chris in the evening, who came following day, circa lunchtime to replace the cylinder.
