Needed to replace my front door lock. Rang for a quote, spoke to Chris. Quote was acceptable & they could visit me same day. Called to confirm before arrival. Arrived on time, polite & quick service. No fuss and priced as quoted. Really great service. Recommend

I used this trader to resolve a problem with a UPVC door which I was unable to lock. They answered my call promptly and gave a generous estimate of how long it would take them to respond promising to call me with reasonable notice when they were on their way, This happened. They also advised their hourly rate (which they adhered to) giving me opportunity to decline the work if I was unhappy with it On arrival they swiftly diagnosed the problem and clearly explained the fault giving me ample opportunity to ask questions, They also advised the cost of a required replacement part before proceeding with the work The work was undertaken swiftly and efficiently and I was able to test it to ensure that I was satisfied that it had cured the fault. I was also given useful advice on how to prevent the fault from recurring. Throughout the work I was treated respectfully and I was very pleased with the service received. On the basis of my experience with this job I would be happy to recommend Chris and "Lock around the Clock" to others who required Locksmith Services

I found Mr Cavanah to be helpful and efficient. He kept in touch when he was delayed and arrive to complete the work in super quick time. He was also very kind by adjusting the price of the repair to compensate me for the delay. Would definitely recommend his company and if necessary we would use them again.

The job was scheduled for the next day and as stated, I received a call letting me know when they will come. The type of work, costs and options were explained before the job was done. The blocked cylinder was removed and a new one fitted. It all took around 15 min. Highly recommended.

Chris came out on a cold Sunday morning. Called 30 mins ahead. Arrived when he said. Did a thorough job to fix the problem. Charged the reasonable price quoted on the phone and was kind and cheerful throughout.

Had two door lock cylinders replaced due to losing one set of keys. Have used Chris once before a couple of years ago and once again from contacting him and the locks being replaced was under 24 hours. Quick, Courteous, Clean, Friendly and giving advice on security locks, I could not fault them. I know that if I need them again all I have to do is pick up the phone and they will be here. Can't recommend them highly enough.

We locked ourselves out on a particularly stressful morning. We rang Lock Around The Clock as they seemed a local firm. They answered promptly and got us to explain exactly what we had done. From that point they gave us the assurance we needed, namely: - they understood what we had done - they were very confident that they could get us back into our house quickly - they gave an estimated wait time [1 hour] - were clear about their call out charges - told us to relax, go to somewhere warm we could wait - told us they would call when 10 mins away They were good to their word and got to us within 40 minutes. Got access without any further drama and were polite and friendly throughout. Excellent local firm who we would happily use again.
