Backdoor had dropped so that locks were no longer aligned. Problem solved by enlarging lock slots in door frame. Prompt arrival and efficient solution to the problem.

As an octogenarian, my safety is very important. My sliding front door had jumped off the rail because I had foolishly tried to open it whilst the safety chain was connected. Now it wouldn't shut! Mr Caranagh had been to me once before - about 5/6 years ago - and I immediately called him again.

Chris replaced the lock on my front door, fitted a Chubb Lock on an internal door & repaired my back door that did not lock. He was punctual, professional & friendly. I would call him again for any jobs in the future.
