Gained access to our property after our double lock broke, locking us inside. Came out the same morning, ordered new lock and replaced a couple of days later. Was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would have no hesitation in recommending.

Prompt attendance when called out. Very professional service, only doing the absolutely necessary repairs, advising clearly when repair was as good as replacement. All work done in a neat & tidy way with all mess cleared up before leaving.
