Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. Rang him out of normal hours. Wayne turned out smartly presented and professional in his manner. The front door lock was assessed and replaced with no mess and clear explanation. Made a stressful time much easier. Highly recommended!

In a rush, I ran out of my door and didn't have a spare! I had Lock Solutions' number in my phone from a previous occasion years ago, so I tried the number and it was still the same! Really nice guy got to me super quick and got me back inside. Would definitely recommend and I would use him again.

We contacted Wayne by email when we are on our way home from holiday. He arrived 5 minutes before we got home from the airport and was extremely helpful. It wasn't an easy job in the dark, but he managed to get us in with good humour and efficiency.

This company is absolutely amazing. We locked ourselves out and the keys were in the house. We also had the dog with us. Rang Wayne and he gave us an approximate time of arrival. He turned up before his expected time and we were back in the house within seconds of Wayne arriving. Very knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend his company to anyone in the future.

Via an online search I go to Wayne, he had lots of good reviews online and also very local. He was quick to respond to my query, and on our initial conversation he came across as friendly and knowledgeable On the day itself he was on time, came across as very trustworthy, friendly and very efficient. Stuck to his prices/quote and he has given me fantastic customer service throughout responding to all my questions.

Came out within a couple of hours to replace a couple of locks for which a key had gone missing. Work done within 20 minutes and all left in good order. Very satisfied.. would definitely use Lock Solutions again.
