Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. Following an attempted burglary at my Mothers house, I called Lock Solutions who are local to me for some security advice. They were quick to respond and offered both advice and a solution to a noted risk with an affordable price and speedy availability. We went ahead with having the job done, and we are very happy with the outcome. Professional, respectful and clean and tidy work completed.

Wayne arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the problem. He left the lock in working order but had to order spare parts to complete the repair which he did 2 days later. All round a very professional job.

Wayne came to fix my high security bike-lock and chain which was attaching my bike to the floor of the garage. As I couldn't open the lock, I couldn't use the bike, but I also couldn't use the garage as the bike was in the way. He came right on time, and did his utmost to fix the lock. Unfortunately he was unable to do this, but I was relieved that he could cut through the heavy duty chain, so that I could use the garage! He did this in a way that he could save the chain for our future use. He was extremely amenable and professional, and he would be my first go to locksmith if I ever needed one again. His charge was also very reasonable.

I called out Lock Solutions Locksmiths out late on Sunday evening. I had a failed lock and within 40 minutes, they were on site and had solved the issue. I was impressed and relieved..
