Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. I phoned for some advice on my patio door as it wouldn’t open,Wayne was able to come over within a hour and release it so I could use it . He was able to source the lock which was old and came back within the week to fix the door. Very happy

Great communication and quick availability to change the lock on our front door as this wasn’t toddler friendly when moving into a new house. Wayne was professional and very friendly. I would recommend and use him again!

I had a key break off in a door lock. I called Wayne and he was able to offer to come out on the same day. When Wayne came over he was quickly able to remove the broken key and ensure the door was working properly . Wouldn’t hesitate to use again or recommend

Went cycling at 4am, realised I locked keys in house when I got home, called local Lock Solutions before 6am, arrived before 7am. Amazing service, fair price, friendly, saved my planned day of fun. highly recommend.

We had problems shutting our Amex door our front door needed a new lock and we had lost the keys to our front windows. Wayne was able to fix all of these issues within two hours at a very reasonable price. He’s friendly a trustworthy. I would highly recommend him. Five stars from me

lock Solutions Limited, the lock and shoot bolts system had been dismantled to release the bifold door, contacting wyane was very effective , the repair required over the phone, appointment confirmed and on arrival was presented with a box of parts, it appeared effortless in reassembling the system. leaving in working order, very helpful. All work require had been carried out, clearly a very experienced and efficient lock smith.

Wayne came to fix the jammed lock on the French windows of my elderly neighbour. He came when he said he would, let me know so I could be there, was very friendly, professional and adjusted the hinge too. Would definitely use him again if needed.

The lock broke on our bifold doors on the Friday morning. We did a Google search and found Lock Solutions. Phoned up and Wayne answered. We sent him a few pictures on WhatsApp of the lock and door and he was at our house within 20 minutes. He was super helpful and his prompt response was great. He was able to make the doors secure so that we could leave the property unattended until the manufacturer could do a service call. They had to removed the glass to fix the lock, which Wayne had predicted ! We were so pleased with how fast Wayne came out to us and that he made our house secure for us. Also his lovely dog Lockie had a nice play in the garden with our dog! Thank you Wayne and Lockie.
