Our excellent customer service is like no other, we offer fast emergency locksmith service with absolutely no call out charges. We are a small, independent, Covid-19 safe family-run business in the heart of Reading, whose aim is to help those in need of a trustworthy locksmith. On the back of an online search for a locksmith I decided to use this company, over the phone he was friendly and sounded like he knew what he was talking about. No call out charge and a reasonable price. Fixed the locks in the agreed timeframe. He was a complete star star!

Super fast response and super friendly service. I was given an estimated time that he would arrive and he turned up way before that! The whole issue of being locked out as the key was in the door was resolved within minutes.

Wayne came round quickly despite it not being an emergency. He quickly identified the issue and left with a temporary fix, promising to return in a couple of days with parts to fix permanently. Sure enough he called a couple of days later, arranged a time and fixed the lock without fuss. All round quality with a friendly smile and conversation.

Phoned Lock Solutions at 9am, Wayne arrived at 10.30 and had fixed the lock by 10.45. Very efficient and professional service. Wayne was very helpful and friendly, he also adjusted the door hinges and checked another door while he was here.
