Kieron came to quote very promptly. He is so helpful, knowledgeable and professional - really great to deal with. His quote was issued very quickly and given the completeness of the service I didn’t get a second quote! Kieron and all of his team are super people. All so friendly and efficient but most importantly took such care of my possessions. Everything was so well packed and secured. It all arrived safely after a 2.5 hour journey, exactly as it went into the lorry. He provided temporary wardrobes to move all our clothes, all our large mirrors, pictures and TVs were expertly wrapped plus all our mattresses were securely covered with polythene. When we arrived at the other end, the unpacking was every bit as professional as the loading. The removal company that we had provisionally booked gave our slot away without so much as a phone call to us. When I rang to book them, they told me of this and gave me a list of other removals - none of them could help on the day we needed. Resorting to Google, Locks Heath Removals came up so I rang just before 8 am. They hadn't got to work yet, but within 10 minutes Kieron rang me back and much to my relief and delight was able to do our move on the day we needed which was less than a week away. He arrived within an hour and a half and gave me a quote on the spot. What can I say except that Kieron and his whole team were fantastic, supplying extra crates and boxes and cleared a third of the house on the Saturday before the Monday move, ensuring we were done on time. What a nice bunch of people they all are and we would recommend them to anyone moving. They took the stress out of the move and removed the worry of not having someone to move us on the day of completion. Real heroes.

I am still in awe of how professional Kieron & his colleagues were. 10 days before I was due to complete the sale of my house, my preferred removal companies were unable to accommodate me for the moving date. I found Locks Heath Removal company by chance, they came within 30 minutes of me ringing to give me a quote - verbal, but followed up with a written quote. They came on a Tuesday to pack the house, for half a day. All the packing was done professionally & quietly. They then returned on time at 7.30am on moving day. We were all packed by 11am, including about 30 garden plants in pots!! At the new property they had the vans unpacked in a couple of hours. They were a good team & worked well together. They were polite, appreciative of tea & biscuits! Nothing has been broken or damaged. I will be using this company if I ever move again. And they ended up being less expensive than the ‘big boys’! I would 100% recommend this company if you need a removal company.

Kieran and his team were fantastic. Polite, careful and hard working. At quote stage Kieran was informative and quietly assured. No overselling, just stating facts about his experience in the business. The quote matched final charge. It was the middle price of 3 quotes we received from 3 separate companies. Boxes were supplied 10 days before our Friday move. The first load was packed and taken away on Thursday night which gave us some space at home to box up a load more. Kieron and his team did a fantastic job moving us from our 3 bedroom house in Warsash to Bursledon. They arrived bright and early in the morning and did their work with a minimum of fuss. They were very careful with their work, laying down mats so they didn't make a mess with the carpet, and wrapping up all fragile items of furniture so they could be transported as safely as possible. They were friendly and polite throughout, and didn't moan about any of the challenges of shifting large furniture through tight spaces! I would definitely recommend Locks Heath Removals to anyone.

Having been let down at the last minute by another company, I contacted Kieron late on a Friday, desperate for a move on the Monday. Unbelievably, Kueron was able to accommodate us. He came to our house the next day to size up how much furniture etc we had to move (a lot!) and even made a special trip back later in the day to bring us some boxes. Kieron and his team of Ron & Tom turned up bright and early on Monday morning and worked non-stop to load all our goods in to three vans. They were all polite, accommodating, and very conscientious. The completion was very late in the day but Kieron and the lads stayed in ‘TIL late in the evening to make sure we were safely moved in. I cannot speak highly enough of Kieron and his company, who provide a service of the highest standard, a standard and personal attention to detail you just would not get from a large company. We are very happy in our new house, and we thank our lucky stars that we found Kieron an co, without whom it would not have happened. Our most sincere thanks again to Kieron, Ron and Tom. Fantastic service , Kieran did exactly what he said he would do , arrived on time , took furniture apart , put it back together again. Price was reasonable , the team of movers were professional an courteous at all times . I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to any one who needed movers.
