I had a problem with my water heater that meant that I was only getting lukewarm water so called London Orbital Response. Jay attended a few days later. He was very friendly and helpful, even tightening my stopcock a bit which was leaking. He diagnosed the problem and said he would be in touch once he had sourced the parts. On the following Monday, he called me but unfortunately, I was in a meeting so couldn't answer. I called him back 10 minutes later but his phone went to answerphone. Over the next several weeks I tried to contact Jay but he did not respond to calls or texts. I called London Orbital response several times to explain the difficulty. The lady I spoke to was very polite and each time promised to get Jay to call me but he failed to do so. The final time I called, the lady asked me to send an email which I had already done several weeks ago. The emphasis seemed to be entirely on me to contact them; at no point could they be bothered to call me. Finally, I gave up and called another plumber instead which is frustrating as I will have to start again with an initial consultation. Frankly, if you want the work done, I wouldn't bother with London Orbital Response and I am amazed that they score so highly on here.

We had a problem in our flat with the drainage system not flowing as it should. After trying a few things ourselves, it was clear that we needed the experts. LORL were relatively nearby and seeing their excellent reviews on W?TT was reassuring. After the office took my details, we had an engineer out relatively quickly. Colin was friendly and efficient, resolving our drainage issue (with their high pressure kit) in around one hour. The price for the job was very reasonable and in the event of any future problems of this nature, we'd happily use LORL once again.

Cannot speak highly enough of London Orbital. They conducted themselves in a very professional and business like way. Turned up on time and executed the removal of my floor and kitchen units, running a new pipe to main stop cock with as little intrusion on my property as possible.

Having received an abnormally high water bill I had to find the cause. I contacted London Orbital via the Thames Water approved plumbers website. The service I received from London Orbital was excellent: their response was rapid; their research to find the leakage was thorough and successful; the whole process was conducted in a polite and professional manner. It can be quite a challenge to find a good plumber and I highly recommend this experienced team.

I was concerned about a leak from my toilet. I had a fast response and found the plumber very considerate and reassuring. It turned out not to be a leak but probably condensation. I would recommend this firm without hesitation.
