We called Neil in for an emergency leak in our bathroom. Not only was he very helpful in his initial advice, but he arranged to visit our property within a very short period of time, to stop the leak. Neil is extremely detail oriented, which means that he'll ensure he gets to the root cause of your problems with no messing about. He was also very polite and genial, timely and exactly the kind of person anyone would want to deal with. He solved a pretty complex problem for us, worked promptly and then tidied up so that we wouldn't have ever known he was there. We were even completely comfortable leaving him in our house when we had to pop out, which is something that I would never usually consider. All in all, Neil is just the kind of plumber you'd hope to find and we fully recommend him to anyone.

Neil has been our plumber for many years now and has always done a brilliant job. He has just reinstalled a recent boiler installation (done unfortunately by another plumber as part of a loft extension). Over 3 days Neil (and excellent colleague Rob) identified and fixed a multitude of quite serious issues. Neil is always polite and tidy and explains what he is doing. Considering plumbing is related to (flammable) gas, Neil always makes me feel totally safe. I recommend Neil 100%.
