He was efficient and also importantly very pleasant. He was also helpful in answering a question about my water softener entirely unrelated to the boiler

This was a difficult job since the fittings were hidden behind a Belfast sink and so were hard to access. Lucas operated on a fixed price basis (assuming the job could be completed within one hour). The technician was punctual, courteous and worked quickly. Full marks for an eccellent job.

Turned up on time and got on with the replacement of my pumped power shower. Worked quietly and efficiently overcoming some snags due to the unit not being like for like; the old one being 20 years old and obsolete. Pleased with the end result. During our annual oil boiler repair some problems with a condenser had caused the turbulators to rot and clogged up parts of the boiler. I was shown everything! A quote was provided and a date fixed. On time, no fuss, and all completed tidily. This is the 3rd or fourth time we've used Lucas and will definitely be doing so again.
