Boiler serviced without any issues and Stuart was very thorough in completing job . I asked a couple of technical issues and Stuart was able to respond and took time & trouble to give me an analysis of our system shortfalls on a couple of radiators . Very happy once again with Lucas Plumbing

Having initially come out to assess the problem Lucas Plumbing fixed our shower and replaced our boiling water tap tank quickly and with no mess and very limited disruption. As ever, they were reliable, arriving when promised and worked hard to get the job done quickly. Would highly recommend.

He was very polite, and no amount of questions I asked was too many, as I was curious about how the heater, boiler, and water system in the apartment work. Kya provided clear explanations and insights while carrying out his work. Daniela, who handled my initial call and inquiry, was also very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the gentleman who answered the phones on the day of the work, but his politeness, friendliness, and professionalism were equally noted. I would recommend Lucas Plumbers to anyone in need of a good team providing excellent service.
