I liked the communication with the office as it's always a disruption to a routine when something need to be fixed at short time. The time window for the visit was narrowed down at convenient times. The engineer was quick and knowledgeable, having left his shoes out and politely introduced himself, he was soon investigating the problem and he was open to questions who totally satisfied my curiosity. I have no problem in using Lucas Plumbing again. Thank you

An old boiler and tank were replaced with a new combi-boiler, radiator and thermostats. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and very, very cleanly with absolutely minimum disruption. The fitters were very friendly and professional, the quotation was extremely competitive and came with 3 years annual service, and the whole experience was hassle-free and pleasant. I would recommend the company very highly.
