Lucas responded to my call quickly and efficiently. The job was arranged promptly. The engineers called and quickly sorted the problem. They were efficient and polite. They kept me well informed throughout.

Four and a half years ago, the day before I was going on holiday, I came home to find my boiler leaking water. I was recommended to phone Lucas Plumbing & Heating and they came within a short space of time and dealt with the immediate problem. A quote was prepared and emailed and a new boiler was fitted upon my return from holiday. The quote included 3 years free servicing. Recently I needed a new valve; I phoned on the Friday and was allocated the first call on the following Monday. Lucas Plumbing & Heating are the nicest people to deal with and all the engineers I have encountered are very professional and respectful of my home. I understand from others that they are well respected in the trade.

I called Lucas Plumbing & Heating when I discovered a leaking valve. They arrived within 2 hours and fixed the problem. I have used them on previous occasions and find them exceptionally efficient and professional. I thoroughly recommend them.

Boiler was leaking and I was told that it would be better for me to have a new boiler as existing one is 8 years old. First visit was for a quote for a new boiler but engineer said it could be repaired and there was a lot more life left in the boiler. I appreciated not to be persuaded to have a new boiler and the fact that Lucas plumbing were prepared to repair it, thus saving me a lot of money as I am an OAP. Visits were on time and the work was completed satisfactorily.

I could not get my underfloor heating to work. Brian from Lucas Plumbing arrived. Seems it was user error on myside. Brian was polite and professional. He checked everything and then basically showed me all the things to check and watch for. Very helpful and I was grateful for the help. Thank you.

This was my first annual boiler service. Lucas plumbing have an efficient booking and reminder service. George was punctual, friendly and efficient, answering all my questions. All for a reasonable price.

When I called to make a appointment for a plumber to come to my house, the girl that answered the phone was very helpful and arranged the time around my shift so I didn’t have to miss work. The Plumber arrived promptly on time and was very friendly and polite. Once he finished the work he explained what he had done and I was very happy to be able to use my hot tap again on my bath 🛁😃
