Excellent job - new boilier and it is the best we have known our heating system in the 30 years we've been here.

I have used Lucas Plumbing for my boiler servicing since installation 5 years ago. Booking is easy. They remind me when the service is due and before the appointment. Jake turned up when specified, completed the work quietly and efficiently and followed up with a report of the work done, with pictures of the parts serviced and invoice the same day. A very professional service at a good price.

I phoned Lucas Plumbing & Heating with a request for urgent assistance to deal with an oil leak from the fuel line. My first telephone impression was one of efficiency and immediate grasp of a difficult situation. Not having used the Company before cost and payment terms were clearly outlined. I was told to expect a call back and an appointment was made for the engineer that day. The engineer arrived as arranged and the problem was dealt with quickly, courteously and in a highly professional manner.

Lucas plumbing are very honest, trustworthy and reliable. Their staff are awesome and did a great job. They are always happy to pop to take a look if I have an issue and offer great advice too.

I have been using Lucas Plumbing for a while now for both my home work and for a rented flat we own. They do all our gas safety tests and any ad hoc fixes and problems. They have serviced and fixed boilers, fitted new radiators, fixed cold water feeds and are currently installing a new boiler. All good so far. very easy to work with.

This is the first time I've used Lucas Plumbing and I found them very pleasant people to deal with, from Daniela on the switchboard through to the engineers who called round. Jake arrived at the time specified, found the problem and a quote followed soon after by email. A part had to be ordered and a second visit was necessary a couple of days later. Unfortunately the part the manufacturer of the fire sent did not fit and parts of the old component had to be used together with some of the new bits. This slowed the job through no fault of Lucas Plumbing and I was pleasantly surprised with an invoice significantly less than the original quote. I would recommend this firm

Can't speak highly enough of these guys. Very personable, exceptional quality of work and super efficient. Biggest thing for me though was how quickly they responded to my emergencies and bend over backwards to help. Couldn't ask for more, totally trustworthy and someone I will use every time.

These guys are very helpful and knowledgeable and reasonably priced. Turn up when they says they will do and never overcharge, explain any problems in simple terms. Pleasure to use I would strongly recommend them.

Jake has done work for us in our own home and when we had rented houses for students. He is always diligent and we trust his work. He's also positive and friendly.

Jake, Daniella and the Lucas Team were prompt, courteous and efficient throughout. They were 100% confiortable with me seeking other quotes and once we decided to progress with them (due to their superior fault finding and diagnosis of the problem), the admin and communication was fast, Clare and accurate. Jake arrived on time and did what was described in the quote perfectly. Job done, heating system fixed (an oil based system). Highly recommended !!
