I rang and explained the problem and was prioritised, the plumber turned up on time and fixed the leak, replaced both valves on the radiator and checked the system. The whole procedure was done very quickly with no mess. I would always recommend Lucas Plumbing as they are helpful and efficient.

I found Lucas Plumbing recommended on a local Facebook group. They were easy to get hold of and quick to book in a viewing to quote for the work and discuss options. They were very professional, understood our needs and provided a timely and fair quote. They were flexible and managed to fit the job in around our timelines. The install went very smoothly, we were consulted at all stages to make informed decisions. They were polite, tidy, highly skilled and the work was completed to an excellent standard. I highly recommend Lucas Plumbing & Heating Ltd for their absolutely reliable and efficient service. This year’s annual boiler service was done smoothly and uneventful, however, in the past this company has fixed every heating problem with my previous aging oil heating system and installed new radiators in my previous home. They are loyal and come out the extra mile to support me after my house move. Recently they solved my underfloor heating problem in my new home. They are highly professional, efficient, reliable and friendly.

Brackets to strap flue in attic

2 engineers fitted 3 brackets and batons to support them. They were friendly, polite and cleared up afterwards. British Gas required the flue brackets in line with current regulations, but do not do this work under our maintenance contract. Lucas did, then inspected the gas fire afterwards to certify it meets the standard, so we can use it again.
