I rang Lucas Plumbing as used them in the past and needed them to visit my parents to do a service on an Unvented Water Cylinder because the pressure kept dropping. I got an appointment quite quickly and on the day they arrived as timed and carried out the job professionally and fixed the problem. Will use them for our boiler service when due.

Used this company for the first time to do a service on an outside oil boiler. Found them following detailed search and investigation of reviews. Very impressed. Very good communication and clear pricing. Work was done on time with a full report and breakdown of costs. The engineer - Jake - was very professional and a very nice chap. Very impressed with this company. Turned up promptly and did an excellent job. Very tidy and neat worker who cleared up well when finishing the work. Lucas plumbing kept us informed about delivery and fitting and the whole job was arranged and completed in about 10 days. Scott did an excellent job, was very careful with our property and he also cleaned up after the job was finished. He also explained how the job would be carried out and how everything worked, which was very useful. We used Lucas to supply a new boiler a couple if years ago, we have a maintenance contract with them and have always had great service from them. Highly recommended!

We had an issue with our boiler defaulting to F25 during the extreme cold @ night time only . Reset on number of occasions worked for a while and then on a cold night would default Jake has been here this morning and identified potentially the cause and made a minor adjustment to the valve flow in the airing cupboard . Hopefully this will resolve the issue otherwise he said it could be the sensor within the boiler .

We had a leak in the kitchen causing water to be pouring down the walls. Thanks to Daniella rearranging things, we had a plumber here in a few hours. He cut a neat hole in the ceiling and fixed the problem in no time. Fantastically grateful! We have used Lucas Plumbing for years & they always do a great job but really excelled themselves today!

Scott and Ben came over for extensive replumbing for total kitchen refit, including removal of redundant gas supply pipes. It was all completed on time and to budget and they were good workmen who left the job very clean and tidy. They were an excellent company to deal with, work of the highest quality, carried out quickly and efficiently and always left the job clean and tidy. All staff pleasant and helpful.

It took two weeks to completely replace a complicated boiler system, where previous owners had added bits of equipment over the years. Daniella kept me informed throughout. Scott was here early every morning and worked quickly and efficiently, leaving the site cleared and clean every night. All the old tanks and rubbish were taken away. We are now planning to have air conditioning units installed by Lucas Plumbing and Heating in the near future. We would highly recommend, they did a great job. Many thanks.
