Called to fix a leaking tap. Received a quick appointment, engineer arrived on time. Was extremely knowledgeable and explained the problem - he even had the spare parts on his van which he replaced - showing me the old ones he had removed. All is now working perfectly and was fixed so quickly. Would not hesitate to recommend this company and will definitely use again for any plumbing problem. Thank you!

I have been using Lucas Plumbing for a few years now for all my plumbing needs, both in my main family home, and in a London rental flat. I have always found them to be incredibly reliable in always turning up when they say, in addressing the problems first time, and for having fair, reasonable rates. In particular they are incredibly responsive in getting someone out when it is an emergency. I would recommend them without reservation.

We returned recently from a foreign trip to find our house cold and miserable - our oil boiler was not running. On the advice of our friendly plumber we contacted Lucas Plumbing and they couldn't have been more helpful. Despite being very busy in the run-up to Christmas, Jake kindly arranged to fit us in and came promptly on the appointed day. He was extremely knowledgeable, efficient and very pleasant indeed. He diagnosed the problem quickly, fixed it, and then gave the boiler a thorough clean. I meant to write this at Christmas, but got diverted by life. But, I couldn't recommend Lucas Plumbing more enthusiastically - and the administration office was just as efficient and helpful. It is wonderful to deal with a company such as this. Jeff

I saw Lucas Plumbing fitting a new boiler at my friends house. I was impressed by their professional and courteous service and asked them to come look at my heating system (The company that had installed it had been ignoring my requests to repair it for over 4 months). Lucas Plumbing came and carried out a free assessment and provided a quote, pointing out some other issues that needed attention. I needed a new thermostat, a new control panel, to stop a continuous over flow (6 months!) and a servicing of a pressure cylinder. The quote was reasonable and acceptable. Appointment booked to carry out work. Was sent emails to remind me near the day, and a note to remind payment by Debit Card only, which was fine. Named plumber, Scott arrived on the dot of 8am - was courteous, polite and respectful of my home, he carried out the work tidily and speedily, no mess, no bother. He walked me round all the work done and explained operational differences. Payment made over the phone to the office, I was especially pleased and impressed that the bill was down graded to a lower amount, because Scott had carried the work out in less time. Impressive honesty and ethics. I am very pleased and completely satisfied with the service provided and would readily recommend Lucas Plumbing and Heating to anyone and everyone looking for a reliable, professional, reasonably priced and courteous service. My taps had been leaking for some weeks and various work was done on them, but they still continued to leak. It appeared that the new parts were slightly different from the original, so minor adjustments were made and I am now leak free. The plumbers were very cheerful about their work which was done very efficiently. I would recommend this company.

They responded within half an hour and called round in two hours. The problem was quickly identified and resolved. The system was checked before the engineer left. The cost was very reasonable.

I had some 35 year old faulty sink mixer tap, shower mixer and gate values replaced. The engineer was friendly, tidy and efficient. Work was completed as per the quote. Would highly recommend.

We called this company after seeing a recommendation on Facebook. Scott did a fab job of finding the problem and fixing our heating and hot water we are really happy with the work that was carried out after previously having another plumber and electrician in who could not find the fault at all. I would definitely use this company again if I have any other problems in the future, they send out workers who know what they are doing.

Jake and the team attended a call out at my house on Monday late afternoon to diagnose that the heat exchanger on my oil fired boiler had terminally broken and that I needed a whole new boiler. By Friday lunchtime they had completed the work exactly as described including sourcing all required parts and fitting. The team was so professional, thorough, and really nice guys who did a great job. It's great to deal with such a professional outfit who deliver exactly what they promise. They will be my plumber of choice for any work going forward.

Every plumber that has done work for me have been superb - very friendly, respectful and respectable, they have been a credit to their company. I found this company on line & called them because I had a problem with an electric boiler & had no hot water! Their response was both knowledgeable & helpful. They came out within 24 hours and resolved the problem at a very reasonable price. Included gas boiler service and unvented cylinder annual check. Replacement part installed on the second visit. Carried out at times agreed and with all area left clean. Plumber very respectful and wore a mask at all times. The used firm previously and would again.
