Easy to book, keep you notified of any schedule changes. Great friendly plumbers who work diligently and recommend improvements. We had a replacement boiler - Jake recommended an outside boiler that we hadn't though about, which gave us loads of space back inside. Several smaller jobs including radiators not working - always reliable and professional

I needed a boiler serviced and took a risk in using someone unknown to me. From the first contact through booking an appointment ,the communication and the service has been absolutely first class. Had a change of boiler, a Nest thermostat installed and a shower changed. Both Scott and Liam were polite, helpful and worked quick and cleanly throughout. Can't recommend them and Lucas Plumbing and Heating highly enough. Quote was very competitive and did not change. All good from first call to final invoice.

I had used Lucas' for many years and having recently moved back into the area called for help with an ancient heating system. We discussed the options to optimise efficiency, they provided a quote, completed the work in time and to budget. The engineers were clean, polite, professional and efficient and put up with my kids asking endless questions and so extremely patient too! Not sure if they were the cheapest or best value as you can't put a price on trust - I wouldn't call anyone else.

Lucas Plumbing carried a full plumbing project on our house build, and we're very pleased with them. Plumbing is not something you can afford to take short cuts on, and Lucas never fail to deliver. They are quick, reliable and excellent quality. They aren't the cheapest, but why would you go for the cheapest on something as important as plumbing?? Suffice you say, you get what you pay for. Fully recommended.

Lucas Plumbing were the only company to solve my heating - or lack of - problem. Their employees were courteous, reliable, hard working and efficient. Protective dust sheets were laid wherever they were working to protect the flooring and, on completion, left everything beautifully clean and tidy. They also installed a new bathroom a couple of years ago. Moreover, their final invoice was less than my quotation. I would very highly recommend this company and would most certainly use them again.
