Our old gas central heating boiler was replaced with a new condensing boiler in less than 2 days with minimal disruption to the rest of the system. The existing opening for the external flue was re-used leaving a very neat finish on the outside of the house.

I have used this company several times, and called on their services again this week to resolve a problem with a faulty toilet, and replace an outside tap. I was, as always, extremely pleased with the friendly, prompt and efficient service of this excellent Plumbing company, and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending them.

Ours was (for us) quite a big job ,a new oil tank and a new exterior boiler ,we found them skilled, proficient, punctual, polite,reasonably priced and everything was left clean and tidy. This was 5 star service at it's best and we would highly recommend Lucas Plumbing and Heating.

Have had underfloor heating which has never worked efficiently since installation and recently not at all. George from Lucas plumbing made a comprehensive assessment of the problems and immediately gave me confidence that he could fix the problem. He was here for a complete day and despite some challenges fitted new pipework, valves and flushed out the system. A new pump was required and the system has been fantastic since and it has never worked as well. George and Phin were efficient and professional. They kept me in touch with the work through the day so I could see what they were doing. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. The telephone service was polite, clear and efficient and the cost of the work was very reasonable

Our boiler stopped working on Sunday evening and by Monday morning we had arranged for someone to come out on Tuesday morning to assess what was wrong. They arrived on time and carried out the assessment which was to replace the gas valve. The office quoted for that and by the following day (Wednesday) the work was done and central heating restored. Good and speedy service both from the person doing the work and the office support personnel.

We have used Lucas plumbing for several years for everything from replacing boilers to installing air conditioning and many small repairs in between. They are always very responsive, extremely professional and reasonably priced. Everyone from the company is incredibly polite and easy to work with. They have taken calls from us on holidays and the owner, Jake, has even come out on a Sunday night to fix a boiler when we had no heat. They are an amazing company with GREAT customer service. I cannot recommend them enough!

My builder quoted me 750 pounds for some new pipes to be replaced because I had a 'supposed' gas leak. I wanted another quote, so called out Lucas plumbing and heating. They did various leak test checks and discovered that I had no gas leak. They also pointed out various shortcomings in my builders work that I should get them to fix. If I hadn't got them in for the quote I would never have know about the shoddy workmanship of my builder. Lucas Plumbing and Heating could have went along with replacing the pipes themselves for 750 pounds, but they didn't. They were completely honest and upfront. I think that says a lot about this company and their employees. They then sent me a report with photos of the issues so I could pass to my builder to fix. I'm so impressed with them that I will be recommending all my friends use them too. I now will use no one else except Lucas Plumbing and Heating.

Annual boiler and gas fire service carried as always with diligence professionalism and courtesy. Scott arrived on time and with no fuss got on with the work. Jake and team have been our plumbers for many years and I would highly recommend them to you. Gillian Heap

We have used Lucas plumbing many times over the last 4 years since moving to Wargrave. They've always sorted out any plumbing issues very efficiently and also keep us informed as to exact times of visits and when they might have to come back with a different spare part or whatever.
