We were very impressed with Lucas plumbing and heating We initially had two radiators replaced and were very happy with the quality of work, so much so we asked them to replace our boiler. A special thanks to George and Finn who were friendly, helpful and answered all our questions. Communication is always key when people are working in your home and Lucas plumbing are aware of this vital component. Thank you, Jake and team.

They came to look at our very cold radiators there same day as we called for help. Fixed the problem and offered advice on what had happened. There was a quick follow up date agreed to permanently repair the fault. Fabulous service.

The ladies I dealt with on the phone were polite and helpful - nothing was to much trouble. Jake who came to do the quote was pleasant and extremely informative and turned up on time. Peter who was here for three days and Fin for two were outstanding - they were polite with great work ethics and extremely tidy at the end of each day - my house was cleaner when they left than when they came - apart from the obvious work that was carried out, you wouldn't have known that i'd any work carried out. They were so good that I've asked them to quote on some other work - I will be using them for all of my plumbing and heating work and will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

The service time and date was confirmed and kept to. The engineer was quick, efficient and took time to explain what he had done. He left everywhere clean and tidy. I was very pleased with the service.

Lucas came out promptly to diagnose our water heater problem on Tuesday June 9 and then came back two days later to fix it. A very fast efficient service.

I have found everyone that I dealt with at Lucas Plumbing to be friendly, professional and efficient from the booking of my annual service to the gas engineer who completed the work. He arrived within the timescales quoted and undertook a full service of the boiler with all the relevant checks and explained what he had done. We engaged Lucas Plumbing to replace a lavatory. They provided a quote quickly, that we were happy with. Arranging a date about a week later to complete the job. The plumber, who was a very pleasant chap, turned up exactly on time and did a great job. Nothing but good things to say about our experience of using this company.

Not an easy job to figure out why the underfloor heating was not working throughout the house but the firm's engineer took great care to follow all the wiring, check thermostats and eventually reconfigure the electrics to get heat where it was needed. I was very impressed by the thoroughness shown to get to the bottom of the issue, as well as by the very competitive price. The visit also took place at the appointed time, with no mess left behind

Prompt professional service and managed to repair our old boiler before Christmas. Will definitely use again to replace our old boiler for a new one.

Lucas are consistently excellent, we have used them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always 'on the ball' whether it be routine service (which they remind us about) or for unscheduled/emergency issues to which they react very quickly. The engineers know their stuff or, if in training, can always get hold of the expertise they need. Getting hold of a part that may not be on the van is never a problem. All Lucas staff, engineers and 'back office' staff are always polite and very customer facing. As always Jake and team - thank you

I first contacted the trader on 9th January 2023 to arrange for an engineer to visit and service our boiler. The engineer's visit was arranged for the afternoon of 24th January. I took a day off work and I received a call on the afternoon of the 24th January that the engineer cannot attend (reason given but I am not allowed to mention it here for some strange reason). This call should have come in the morning. We arranged a new date of the morning of the 8th February 2023. I took another day off work and waited for the engineer to appear on the 8th February as expected. I received an email from Lucas plumbing on the 8th February that the engineer cannot attend again for the same reason as the first time. I was offered a date about 4 weeks later in March which takes us into Spring. I turned this date down as it is quite unacceptable and it is three months after the first contact and decided to approach another plumber.

I continue to use Lucas for both my rented properties and my own residence. Their work is of good quality and they give a prompt service. I have never been let down. David

I had not used this company before but they had been recommended. Finn did a great job most thorough boiler service I have ever had everything was checked and a radiator that had not been working for a while was repaired. He was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be using Lucas plumbing and heating again.

Again we used Lucas plumbing for the third time to fix a en-suite shower. The team are reliable, prompt, friendly and professional. We have also had our boiler serviced and feel we can totally trust them

We had a problem throughout the house related to an outside service pump. As always Lucas Plumbing and Heating managed to visit at a time to suit us on the day as we suddenly had to be at an appointment, so they moved us to the last call . The problem was identified so we were then able to resolve it. They do all our annual servicing too and have done for many years. I highly recommend.

My elderly parents had a diswasher installed by Currys, but after an hour the water connection pipe joint burst and water was coming out at mains pressure. My mother called me in a panic and it took me half an hour to get to their house. Water was everywhere and I turned off the mains. Currys couldn't attend until the next day and my parents had no water except of course the inch of water on the kitchen floor! I phoned Lucas who we use for our normal plubing needs. They pulled out all the stops and got to us in less than 2 hours with parts so that we could get the water back on. We were so relieved and grateful to Lucas for sorting this out for us.

Having problems with underfloor heating also boiler needed routine servicing. Attendees,as always, cheerful and polite. problem solved immediately.

As is usual with work carried out by Lucas engineers was done in a professional way. Area left clean and tidy during and on completion.
