Boiler serviced without any issues and Stuart was very thorough in completing job . I asked a couple of technical issues and Stuart was able to respond and took time & trouble to give me an analysis of our system shortfalls on a couple of radiators . Very happy once again with Lucas Plumbing

If I may say, Kya, the technician who was sent out, is a great asset to your company. He was very polite, and no amount of questions I asked was too many, as I was curious about how the heater, boiler, and water system in the apartment work. Kya provided clear explanations and insights while carrying out his work. Daniela, who handled my initial call and inquiry, was also very professional and friendly. Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of the gentleman who answered the phones on the day of the work, but his politeness, friendliness, and professionalism were equally noted. I would recommend Lucas Plumbers to anyone in need of a good team providing excellent service.

They replaced my ancient boiler, checked all the radiators, replaced some broken radiator thermostats, drained the system as expected and treated with Fernox. Coincidentally I had received a very high bill from Thames Water but couldn’t find evidence of a leak. I’d mentioned this to Jake and he went out of his way to find the problem. An overflow from a small tank in the roof had been positioned above a gutter so could not be seen from the ground. Scott came to deal with this and replaced ballcocks/valves . While later draining the system he detected a serious problem in the hot water tank which was still affecting the overflow, so I needed a new tank. He explained this really well. He changed the tank next day. Because of the extra work they came on one more day to finish off and obviously had to add the tank to the budget, but everything was done very quickly and efficiently. Total respect for my property and no scuffs even when getting the old tank down a narrow staircase. No dust left. No pauses and it was a pleasure to have Scott working in the house. Said If I need explanations they will pop in. Arguably ten stars not five! Arguably ten out of five all round.

Lucas continues to deliver an excellent and value for money service. They provide a clear report with colour photos showing the work completed. They are prompt and efficient too!

Having initially come out to assess the problem Lucas Plumbing fixed our shower and replaced our boiling water tap tank quickly and with no mess and very limited disruption. As ever, they were reliable, arriving when promised and worked hard to get the job done quickly. Would highly recommend.

I have used Lucas Plumbing on a number of occasions. They work to a very high standard, keep you informed on what they are doing and leave everything tidy after the job is completed, or they finish for the day. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

An old boiler and tank were replaced with a new combi-boiler, radiator and thermostats. The work was carried out quickly, efficiently and very, very cleanly with absolutely minimum disruption. The fitters were very friendly and professional, the quotation was extremely competitive and came with 3 years annual service, and the whole experience was hassle-free and pleasant. I would recommend the company very highly.

Jake and his team did a great job. Ripped out old en suite and installed an up to date new one. His team worked well and always came on time. They are reliable, trustworthy and very professional. I have recommended to neighbours who I believe were by pleased with their work. I have called them back to answer any concerns and to service the boiler. Lucas Plumbing is now my regulate reliable plumber.

I liked the communication with the office as it's always a disruption to a routine when something need to be fixed at short time. The time window for the visit was narrowed down at convenient times. We had our boiler service carried out recently by Lucas Plumbing and Heating and they discovered that the heat shield needed to be replaced. The service was very thorough and carefully done. The heat shield was ordered promptly and its replacement was scheduled as soon as possible. The workmen turned up exactly when promised and carried out the work quickly and carefully. Everything is now working as it should. We have used Lucas Plumbing and Heating to install boilers and plumbing and to service and carry out repairs for more than five years and have always been fully satisfied with the work and the service. We are happy to recommend them to anybody - and have done to friends.

We produce whirlpools and I searched for a company who would evaluate the removal of one of our whirlpools in quite a delicate situation. After trying many companies Lucas Plumbing answered very positively. The professionality was clear from the very start. I work regularly with many plumbing companies within the UK, and where the most are very good and I have no complaints, none have quite matched this service. The customer contact was exceptionally well done, under difficult circumstances, I was included in all customer contact and regularly updated. I received a full job report when the work was completed including photographs of every step. The invoice was very clear with very reasonable price. I cannot praise this company enough, my only regret is that I cannot use Lucas plumbing for every job I have in in the UK.
