This is the second time I have used this service . The young man arrived on time in uniform neat and tidy , he was very professional , competent and did a first class job. I found Lucas Plumbing & Heating to be highly unprofessional. Recently they carried out annual boiler service and reported gas under pressure problem : (i.e implying either gas leak or undersized pipes by the original installer). The original installer came from Eastleigh to Wokingham the very next day for investigation and found that Lucus Engineer had taken the gas readings incorrectly(the actual working pressure difference between meter and boiler was 0.3 mb and not 3.5 mb as reported by Lucus ), causing unnecessary panic. On top of that Lucus rejected paying the original installer for the inconvenience . I would definitely avoid this company in the future.

Again we used Lucas plumbing for the third time to fix a en-suite shower. The team are reliable, prompt, friendly and professional. We have also had our boiler serviced and feel we can totally trust them

I am really happy with the service Lucas provided. From the outset I used the website to get a broad estimation of cost. The surveyor came as scheduled and was incredibly helpful and explained what to expect. The cost was competitive and the best of 3 quotes. I was unsure which brand of boiler to go with and I was able to have a follow up call with the surveyor to help put my mind at ease. The installation was booked two weeks after the decision to go ahead and on the day of the installation, the engineer turned up on time, was courteous and again explained what to expect. Lucas sent the surveyor around as well on the installation day to ensure all was going to plan. Ultimately the install took 1.5 days in total and I am very happy with my new boiler. I wouldn’t hesitate to use again - and I will for servicing :-)

I had not used this company before but they had been recommended. Finn did a great job most thorough boiler service I have ever had everything was checked and a radiator that had not been working for a while was repaired. He was very polite and nothing was too much trouble. I will certainly be using Lucas plumbing and heating again.

Had our boilers serviced by Lucas Plumbing and Heating. They have done the job now for a number of years and are always thorough in their work and helpful with advice. A reminder email is sent so that the service is not forgotten and the documentation is sent out immediately after payment. Everything is very efficiently organised. Costs are known in advance and, if any additional work is needed it will be quoted for.

We discovered a water leak above the ceiling of our utility room around 13:30 on 26 October. We contacted Lucas Plumbing after turning off the water to the house. They offered a plumber for the next day to come between 12:00 and 16:00, which we accepted. The plumber came the next day at 15:00, identified where the leak was and replaced a small section of pipe and a bend and cured the leak at around 16:00. We were very happy to be able to turn the water back on again!

I rang Lucas Plumbing as used them in the past and needed them to visit my parents to do a service on an Unvented Water Cylinder because the pressure kept dropping. I got an appointment quite quickly and on the day they arrived as timed and carried out the job professionally and fixed the problem. Will use them for our boiler service when due.

We had Lucas plumbing replace our old boiler and thermal store with a Worcester Bosch boiler and hot water tank. The team - led by George - were exceptional and did a great job. They were recommended by a neighbour who also had the same fantastic experience having had a boiler replacement. Reliable, tidy and always took the time to explain what needed doing - they clearly take pride in their workmanship and we are really pleased with the new heating system. Competitively priced too. Our kitchen tap had started leaking and it was getting worse. Since March 2018 we have always turned to Lucas - this must have been at least the 10th job they have done for us, always with excellent results. They replaced the tap within about an hour - a routine job maybe, but reliably completed and at reasonable cost. We recommend them without hesitation.

Our old boiler broke down and was beyond economic repair so we needed a new one as quickly as possible. Lucas Plumbing came out promptly and provided a quotation which we accepted. The installation date was set for just after our return from holiday. Two excellent engineers turned up and did a first-class and very thorough job paying close attention to all the little details and making sure we were completely satisfied with the work, which we were. The work was done in two days as per schedule and we now have a lovely new boiler and plenty of hot water. The heating also works well, but not needed yet as it's the middle of summer! Thanks to Jake, George, Luke and all the team for another great job.

I have been very frustrated with various plumbers over the year. Never call back, don’t answer the phone, don’t come back when they said they would. Lucas were dramatically different, office staff working closely with engineers who turned when they said they would. Issue fixed. I won’t go anywhere else if they keep this up.

An overflow pipe was dripping intermittently. I phoned the company (on Friday) and was given an appointment for Tuesday morning. As requested I paid a upfront charge. The engineer came at the appointed time; he quickly diagnosed and rectified the problem. He was polite, efficient and helpful. No additional charge was needed. I shall certainly use this company again.

I have had trouble with this toilet several times over 5/6 years. The leaking /dripping is especially irritating in the early hours and prevents my sleep. Lucas answered by online enquiry very promptly after I sent photos and quoted and came the next day. I used the Firm last January for a central heating breakdown. Once again the work was undertaken speedily, professionally and frankly I could not praise the young plumber more highly.The up to the wall toilet was not easy to deal with.I was shown how to deal with the new mechanism and the en suite was left spotless.

I have been using Lucas Plumbing for some years now and all their staff are very good and obliging. Would thoroughly recommend them.

As a business it is hard to find a reliable company to fix ad-hoc plumbing issues, but Lucas Plumbing & Heating have this sorted. They were called to change over 3 TMV valves on the washroom showers which was done in a timely manor. A quotation was sent, which was agreed before the work was completed. Upon attendance, the engineer arrived within the timescales, the work was carried out and completed, left neat and tidy and everything working. An invoice was sent for the works as agreed which was paid promptly. Great communication throughout. A great service and would recommend their services. I will use them again.

Lucas Plumbing and Heating were very quick to give the initial quote and when I accepted the quote they were quick to respond with a date for the work. They did a power flush of my central heating system. The engineer arrived at the time they had stated; explained what he would be doing and got on with the job in an efficient manner keeping me updated throughout the day. I appreciate how he removed his boots when he came into the house.

Even checked the pressures in the radiators this time too. 2 engineers fitted 3 brackets and batons to support them. They were friendly, polite and cleared up afterwards. British Gas required the flue brackets in line with current regulations, but do not do this work under our maintenance contract. Lucas did, then inspected the gas fire afterwards to certify it meets the standard, so we can use it again.

I first contacted the trader on 9th January 2023 to arrange for an engineer to visit and service our boiler. The engineer's visit was arranged for the afternoon of 24th January. I took a day off work and I received a call on the afternoon of the 24th January that the engineer cannot attend (reason given but I am not allowed to mention it here for some strange reason). This call should have come in the morning. We arranged a new date of the morning of the 8th February 2023. I took another day off work and waited for the engineer to appear on the 8th February as expected. I received an email from Lucas plumbing on the 8th February that the engineer cannot attend again for the same reason as the first time. I was offered a date about 4 weeks later in March which takes us into Spring. I turned this date down as it is quite unacceptable and it is three months after the first contact and decided to approach another plumber.

6 old radiators were replaced including the removal of a heated towel rail to be replaced with a radiator. Plus a new thermostat. The work was done to the agreed budget, the estimator arrived when he said he would and also returned to check out the late addition of the removal of an existing heated towel rail to be replaced with a regular radiator. The revised quote was given very quickly at a very acceptable price, The estimator also listened to what I wanted. All three engineers, one senior, along with a 4th year day release and 1st year apprentice (who had already done 2 years at college), turned up on time. They worked very efficiently and tidily, cleaning up as they went. Shoes taken off as a matter of course whilst in the house. They were extremely polite but friendly. The senior engineer's attitude towards the newest apprentice was exemplary. Explaining why and how in a calm and professional manner. The system was double checked and the workings of the TRV's explained. Both the younger members of the team commented on how pleased they were to be working at Lucas Plumbing. I would not hesitate to recommend the company and this team. I was very pleased that I used Lucas and will certainly book them in to service my boiler in the summer.

Finn the engineer was absolutely brilliant. Very thorough it what turned out to be a difficult job to conclusion. Radiators hot in the house that were stone cold before. Fantastic attitude and patient and painstakingly attended to the detail. Very happy with the Lucas Plumbing service. A great find and totally recommend this company.

Lucas are consistently excellent, we have used them for years and wouldn't go anywhere else. Always 'on the ball' whether it be routine service (which they remind us about) or for unscheduled/emergency issues to which they react very quickly. Thawed outside pipe burst and the Lucas Plumbing team came at short notice and repaired it within 20 minutes of arriving. Reasonable cost as at such short notice.

After picking up Lucas Plumbing on internet, I appointed them for long pending work I had to do with UFH system. The skill set I felt was hard to find in the market but I was glad to have come across the trader. The job was completed as asked, promptly. UFH now performs better and is more efficient due to the refill, removing air locks from UFH pipework. I would recommend this trader.

This year’s annual boiler service was done smoothly and uneventful, however, in the past this company has fixed every heating problem with my previous aging oil heating system and installed new radiators in my previous home. We had a leak coming through the lounge ceiling from a wash basin above and a previous plumber had cut a hole in the ceiling to prove where the leak was coming from but then did not want to do the work (but charged us for the visit). Other plumbers we talked to did not want the job either so it was a relief to get a company who were happy to help. All three guys who came around (one initially to review the work needed, one to do the work and another to fix a small issue afterwards) were very friendly and polite and explained everything to us. The work was done on the agreed day at the agreed price. My only small complaint would be that the charge for the initial visit, which I did not mind paying, was not explained to me when I organised that initial visit. The guy who did the work cleaned up afterwards and left things tidy. He also managed to remove three tiles without breaking them which was a huge bonus. There was a very small leak after the work had been done but they sent someone around almost straight away and he fixed the problem very fast. I would definitely use this company again.

Lucas Plumbing and Heating have been servicing our boiler annually for many years - perhaps around ten. Until this year there has been no problem with the boiler. The service took place on 30th May, and a problem was found. With the Platinum Jubilee intervening the repair was scheduled for 7th June. Then the wrong replacement part was delivered! However, the right part was sourced and delivered the next day, and fitted that day, much to our relief. From our experience, we believe Lucas Plumbing are a reliable and trustworthy company.

Not an easy job to figure out why the underfloor heating was not working throughout the house but the firm's engineer took great care to follow all the wiring, check thermostats and eventually reconfigure the electrics to get heat where it was needed. Our hot water cylinder started leaking on the Monday and Lucas Plumbing came round the same day to drain the system and stop water leaking everywhere. The cylinder was 30 years old and needed replacing. We received a competitive quote the same day and the work was all done on Friday of the same week. A neat job and plenty of hot water now!

This company fitted a new combination boiler for me and the service was carried out in a professional way, on time and to the quoted budget. I have used them for several years for various plumbing jobs and cannot recommend them highly enough.

My former plumber retired, I contacted Lucas Plumbing having consulted Which Trusted Traders. I had a mixer tap on the kitchen sink which was just over 40 years old and clearly on its last legs. Lucas Plumbing sent a very reliable chap, who assessed the problem and returned a few days later to replace the tap with a new one. Subsequently I managed to block the sink : they appeared, fixed it, and left the sink immaculately clean, far cleaner than I have ever seen it. Apart from their efficient services in practical terms, Lucas Plumbing have another great advantage in that they have an Office Manager who deals with all incoming calls, so that you are not reduced to ringing someone's mobile whilst they are working on other jobs.

Did have to wait a while but it was worth it. Job carried out quickly and efficiently. Everything was well explained.

We suffered a leak in a pipe joint on 23 Nov, called Lucas Plumbing and they had someone with us at 8.00am the following morning. The leak was stopped and the pipe repaired very quickly and efficiently. Excellent service.

As per usual very good and efficient servicing of the boiler carried out on the day agreed. Boiler was only installed earlier this year by Lucas and service carried out in accordance with warranty/guarantee, nevertheless as usual all round excellent work from installation to service.

Provided central heating to my new build plus kitchen and bathroom plumbing. All done at short notice and complete within 10 days. Very polite guys, very tidy.

Lucas Plumbing were called out because we had issues with our combi boiler. The Engineer (Brian) arrived at the agreed time, he quickly appreciated the cause of the problem and was able to fix it. Before leaving he gave us a few tips as to how we should use the boiler which was very useful. The call-out cost was reasonable and I have no hesitation in recommending Lucas Plumbing & Heating.

We found ourselves without heating or hot water early in April this year. Also discovered the immersion hot water heater had also packed up. Had a promising start with Lucas plumbing with a quick initial response. But after the initial visits to fix the immersion heater, it was a nightmare. All in all, Lucas plumbing replaced the pump assembly, pressure sensor, relief valve assembly, expansion vessel, a full time consuming flush of the whole system and it still didn’t work. Engineers were great but were very poorly supported by the administrators and management. For some reason, the owner wouldn’t talk to me but preferred to relay messages via a poorly trained administrator even when he himself was in the office. They are too keen to say that new boiler is the solution and also promoting ATAG boilers that no one else has heard of or support. Eventually, I got ideal boilers out who identified the problem as a new heat exchanger and since then the boilers worked. I still had to chase Lucas plumbing to finish balancing the radiators and eventually an engineer turned up in July but never properly completed that element either. I gave up by then and I got another company to balance the system when the boiler was serviced by them last month.

This company has been providing me with boiler services as well as a replacement boiler and hot water tank. The service is thorough and the work has always been carried out on time and to the price quoted. I can only rate them as excellent.

After looking at the Which? Trusted Trader reviews of local installers I requested a quote from Lucas for a replacement for a working but 26-year-old boiler. The first visit by engineer for estimate was on agreed time and date. I had some predetermined ideas but the engineer was professional and competent and took me through some options to make a decision on. The quote was comprehensive and accurately reflected what we discussed. The work took 2 full days including a few items I asked them to do. We were left with a tidy site and hot water via the Immersion heater for one night the first day and the system fully installed by the end of the second. All in all, I can't fault the Company or service and a pleasure to deal with a local company who take pride in their work and customer service. Would highly recommend.

We had our annual boiler service carried out this week and the engineer arrived on time and carried out the service in a clean and efficient manner. He serviced the boiler last year too and in the interim the boiler worked without any issues occuring.

I had an outside tap fitted in my back garden to avoid carrying watering cans through the house. Also installed a new kitchen tap. George and Kya were sensitive to my lack of mobility and insisted on helping move anything necessary. The special service aspects which stood out included the fitting of new valves under the kitchen sink when a leak was detected - at no extra cost - and the repositioning of an outdoor thermometer which was in the way of new piping. The overall job took four and a half hours and their cheerful and professional approach ensured a stress-free experience.

The team overcame a challenging installation (second floor) up two flights of stairs. They were friendly and efficient. The price was fair given the work done and the effort of moving the items from the garage to the second floor.

The work was for two elements of plumbing repairs and one was carried out on the first visit and the second, which was found to require an external repair from the water board, couldn't be carried out until approx. 3 weeks later. Both elements of work were carried out in a thoughtful, caring and professional manner and I am very happy with what was installed and carried out. Despite the need for an additional callout, Lucas Plumbing & Heating stuck to the original quotation price, which I thought was both fair and reasonable and I will readily use this company again and would strongly recommend them to anyone. In my view, they merit and deserve top marks!

I have been using Lucas Plumbing for over 10 years. Jake who is the owner has helped me several times when I have had water leaking out of ceilings, toilets and radiators! Sometimes at just a few minutes' notice. I can't recommend him and his team enough - they are polite, work hard, clean up afterwards and do not rip you off!

Brian Hale and his apprentice from Lucas P & H replaced my boiler expansion vessel. They arrived within the timeframe advised. Brian took the time to explain the process and answer my questions. I contacted Lucas P & H originally because they are a local form, who did a great job for one of my neighbours a few months ago. I would have no hesitation in using them again.

I've used this company before a few times for other things (e.g. relocating a washing machine into the garage and plumbing it in). This was just a boiler service and a list of other niggles/worries. The engineer was polite, friendly and not fazed by my list of requests. He explained what might need further work and gave options on next steps. I'll be getting them back soon to do a few suggested improvements and have no hesitation in using this company in the future.

This is now the 3rd time I've used Lucas Pumbing, and been happy every time. While not the cheapest rates around, they are reasonable, but most importantly they provide a good service quickly. The plumbers explain everything well and get the job done.

Easy to use booking website. Plumber arrived within the allotted time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Our radiators were constantly heating up despite the thermostat being turned off. He identified that replacement valves were required and came back a few days later to undertake the work. Communication through email confirming the appointment and also sending invoices was very efficient and easy to use. I have recommended them to my parents who love locally and would you’re them again if any other issues should arise.

Turned up within appointed period. Very friendly. Drained heating system (boiler, hot water storage, radiators, under floor system) and refilled with fresh incoming water replacing softened water fill. Added inhibitors and vented all radiators. Very methodical and efficient. Removed outdoor shoes every time on house entry. All work completed satisfactorily and on budget.

Had an unexpected oil leak after hours - left a message stating problem. Had a call back at 8 10the following morning and told an engineer would be out to me between 12and4. Visited by Luke who did a temporary repair very efficiently and said he would order a new part.. Received an email stating that the work would be completed on the 17th May- it was again in the time frame stated.

Throughout the visit the engineer and his assistant (apprentice?) were polite, helpful and professional. When issues were found with an easy fix there was no attempt to get unnecessary work completed and constructive advice was given. It was found that heating system flue was in a dangerous condition and remedial work would have to be done. Engineer offered to take further advice on our options and get back to us. Very impressed overall.

After our boiler was installed in 2007 the installer carried out the first annual service. After that the company was no longer interested in providing the annual boiler service. We struggled to find companies who were qualified and willing to do this work. After using one or two companies we found Lucas Plumbing and Heating who have been servicing the boiler now for the last 7 to 10 years. Lucas are easy to contact and to arrange a date for the service, and reliable in turning up to carry it out. After service a report is issued on the work carried out and the results of tests and investigation.

I first found Lucas Plumbing when I was researching a recommended repairer for our Vaillant boiler. They have always been reliable and done a really good job. I recommended them to my daughter who also thought they were extremely good. I have also noticed that since I started using them a couple of my neighbours are now also using them.

This company are in my experience professional and tidy in their work. If you have a problem they never fail to sort it out. I have used them for boiler installation and also for replacement of a hot water cylinder, general plumbing work and annual services. They have never failed to complete the work to a high standard.

I contacted Lucas plumbing after two other plumbers had given up on finding my leak. Luke was on time and very presentable, he was diligent in his working coming to the conclusion my problem was under the kitchen concrete floor, which a detection company will find. If only all companies operated in the same way as Lucas Plumbing. All the engineers are polite and well turned out, and clearly know exactly what they are doing. Emily at the office is great too! Jake the proprietor always comes out to give a quote. An e-mail is sent out a couple of days prior to your appointment, just as a reminder. We've recently had a new boiler fitted by Lucas Plumbing, so superior to our old boiler. Plus they have LPG qualifications, which meant we could have our gas bottles moved to a more convenient location. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have used Lucas Plumbing for our boiler servicing on a couple of occasions in the past and they did a very good job. They also installed replacement oil tanks for us in an efficient job, and all went very smoothly, even the transfer of the oil. Yesterday we had a need to flush through our central heating radiators and the two engineers who came were really excellent. They worked hard all day, flushed all of our radiators without any real inconvenience to ourselves, and now the heating system is working smoothly and is well-balanced. It seems that Lucas Plumbing is a small and professionally run business, with experienced staff and a desire to complete quality work in a friendly and efficient manner. We will continue to use them for all our plumbing and boiler needs.

Peter who was here for three days and Fin for two were outstanding - they were polite with great work ethics and extremely tidy at the end of each day - my house was cleaner when they left than when they came - apart from the obvious work that was carried out, you wouldn't have known that i'd any work carried out. Lucas Plumbing was recommended by a neighbour and when our central heating system failed, I originally called British Gas with whom we have a contract. They were unable to attend the repair for over ONE MONTH! I turned to Lucas Plumbing who sent their engineer round in a couple of hours; diagnosed the problem, got the system working and the next day, returned to fit a new valve. We have now placed an order with Lucas to supply a new boiler and do some other radiator work. We will not be continuing to use our previous supplier of home care services.

We needed a replacement boiler as it was getting passed its 'sell by' date and requiring frequent attention. Four quotations were obtained, including one from Lucas Plumbing as they are on Which Trusted Traders. The visit to assess our need for a new boiler was very professional, fitting advice we had already been made aware of. The swiftly supplied quotation was comprehensive and very competitive. On acceptance of the quotation, an installation date was booked. The two installers arrived at the anticipated time on the day. Throughout the day they carefully ensured that social distancing was maintained. As expected, the boiler installation was completed by the end of the day. All areas were left very clean, and all waste including the old boiler was removed from site. The system had been power cleaned as a matter of course, and all radiators were checked for correct working. Overall we found Lucas Plumbing to be very approachable, reasonably priced and very professional. We have no hesitation in recommending their services.

I called Lucas Plumbing on a Tuesday to get a mains stopcock replaced. I spoke to Emily. Friendly and polite, she told me how much it would cost and booked a slot for the Friday. I received an email confirmation right afterwards and a reminder the day before. The engineer, Luke, arrived on time and fixed the problem. He showed me what he'd done, and was - again - friendly, polite, and efficient. What can I say? Spot on. I'll definitely be calling them again.

Annual boiler service. Good information beforehand re Covid precautions. Time window and date agreed in advance and adhered to. Engineer was pleasant , masked, happy to fit in with us. Lucas plumbing always service boiler and we have no problems. Reliable and easy to deal with.

Another company let us down badly. Lucas were the nearest Which Trusted Trader. Called on Wednesday pm. George came at 8 am Thursday, fixed the central heating breakdown, cleaned up the condensate overflow, and carefully explained everything he was doing. He also gave good advice on less urgent gas-related issues. Much improved our understanding and left us happier, warmer and delighted with the Lucas service.

I would definitely recommend Lucas Plumbing & Heating. We had a leaky hot water cylinder that we decided to replace. Lucas Plumbing & Heating were quick to respond to my enquiry, attend the property, provide and amend quotes for work/products required, and contact me to arrange a date for work to be undertaken. The installation engineer was on time, courteous, professional, tidy, completed the work to a very high standard, removed the old cylinder and all other mess, tested the heating and hot water system thoroughly, and answered all my questions. We can’t believe how neat and tidy the new cylinder and associated pipework looks in comparison with the old system. The engineer did an excellent job, we are very grateful and will certainly be contacting Lucas Plumbing & Heating for annual servicing and to request that they undertake any additional plumbing jobs in future.

Our boiler stopped working on Sunday evening and by Monday morning we had arranged for someone to come out on Tuesday morning to assess what was wrong. They arrived on time and carried out the assessment which was to replace the gas valve. The office quoted for that and by the following day (Wednesday) the work was done and central heating restored. Good and speedy service both from the person doing the work and the office support personnel.

Very pleased to have found this trader. They were prompt, courteous, communicative, and most importantly did the work I needed and fixed the problem I had. I have previously had one or two other plumbers out to look at the issue with my heating system - who carried out different fixes that didn't resolve the problem. In this case, the experience shone through; they knew exactly what needed to be done, and my system has been converted to fully pumped, removing the problems I had with gravity hot water not working well. I'm glad I looked at TrustedTrader and went, this time, with a trader with great past reviews. Importantly, also, they added a small piece of pipework configuration for the future; should my boiler need to be changed in future. This wasn't necessary now but gives an example of how they delivered a quality service.

The problem: faulty flush valve in upstairs toilet was forcing water thro external soil pipe which over time began to leak onto garage flat roof. The sequence: initial enquiry 26 Jan followed by site survey 2 Feb and quote 4 Feb. Quote was competitive with others & accepted. I was slightly concerned that the survey & actual work were to be done by 2 different people, but was assured the quote was accurate & firm. Engineer (Luke) arrived early 9 Feb. checked the job, went & got the bits he needed and completed phase one, returning 2 days later to complete & make good. Invoice arrived the following day - for exactly the amount quoted - and was paid 2 days later. The conclusion: What I liked was the clarity & efficiency of dealing with them; the engineer's patient & conscientious approach to his work; his pleasant & amenable manner. Be aware that Lucas charge VAT: I got the impression they are quite a sizeable business, but are pleasant, efficient and get the job done in reasonable time for a reasonable price.

Have had underfloor heating which has never worked efficiently since installation and recently not at all. George from Lucas plumbing made a comprehensive assessment of the problems and immediately gave me confidence that he could fix the problem. He was here for a complete day and despite some challenges fitted new pipework, valves and flushed out the system. A new pump was required and the system has been fantastic since and it has never worked as well. George and Phin were efficient and professional. They kept me in touch with the work through the day so I could see what they were doing. I couldn't recommend this company more highly. We used Lucas Plumbing and Heating to fix some problems we were having with the underfloor heating and hot water in our new-build house with a smart heating system. From the initial phone call, through to the quotation visit and the work itself, everyone we dealt with was punctual, professional, and highly knowledgeable. The work was completed to a high quality and we were given good instructions on how to use the new equipment they installed. They also stricly followed Covid safety guidelines when working in our house, with masks at all times, ventilation, and social distancing observed, which was much appreciated. It was a pleasure doing business with Jake and his team - almost as much as having our heating working again!

Very swift response to our early morning telephone call. We had no heating or hot water. Within no time the Lucas van arrived with an engineer, who quickly found the problem. Unfortunately a part was needed, and this was duly ordered. However should the part not arrive in time it was arranged that heaters would be supplied for our use whilst we awaited the arrival of the part. During the afternoon, just before four pm, we were telephoned and told the part had arrived and the engineer would be making his way to us to fit it. This was not a straightforward job, but the engineer Jake was calmly efficient and determined to get us heating and hot water. He achieved this. Our boiler is external, the evening was cold and dark. The next day, Saturday, Jake telephoned to make sure all was well and we were ok. This service was exceptional.
