Our team is led by our hands on Director Stuart, he is very well respected in the industry and always goes the extra mile for our customers.

Professional, friendly service and very reasonable price. Communication was good, calling prior to visit to check if could attend appointment early as ahead of schedule. Adhered to Covid measures wearing masks & hand sanitising. Thorough job on servicing & paperwork. Really pleased. Recommended.

Our boiler died. Stuart came out within 24hrs. After diagnosis, we agreed it was beyond repair. He talked us through a number of options, offer advice but never tried to point us in one direction. Having agreed on which boiler to have and price, his "Team" arrived Friday at 8 am and got straight to it. Under the floor, fed the lengths of the copper pipe, etc. They worked really well together, explained exactly what they were doing, and kept the disruption in the house to a minimum. Really good guys, very professional. Yesterday they arrived at 8 am and got straight to it again. So impressed with the whole episode. Professional workers who take great pride in their work and always keep you informed. Can't recommend them highly enough. Really pleased and would definitely use again.

Contacted Lyons property services, when we needed a new boiler. We had a previous job done, so we knew they did a good job. Got in touch with them on a Monday and had the job done on Thursday. The lads who did the job were very pleasant, and professional, easy to talk to, and answered any questions we had. Very clean workers had nothing to do when they left. Would highly recommend this firm to anyone.

Needed a gas inspection report for a property purchase. This was managed to be slotted in between existing work for a really good turn around at a very reasonable rate. Well communicated with phone call immediately after visit and pdf report highlighting what needs repair. Given cost estimate for both repair and replacement. Overall very good customer service and professional manner.

I contacted Lyons Property Services on behalf of my mum who, due to ill health, is unable to privately manage her property. I got in touch about removing an old radiator from an upstairs bedroom and relocating it. Stu came out to the property, provided a quote and undertook the work very quickly and efficiently.
