M Crawley Plumbing & Heating Ltd carried out a yearly service on my Worcester boiler today. I can highly recommend their service they were very professional, efficient and friendly.

Immensely impressed by the supremely courteous and efficient professional installation of the new Worcester bosch by Michael and his assistant Jordan. The onerous task of removing the old boiler was completed swiftly, and all waste/ surplus materials disposed of. We were greatly reassured during the first visit for Michael to patiently explain the various options and costs involved. He is the perfect gentleman, and I would recommend him as the ideal choice. Best of all his quote was far less than British gas, which does not offer a home visit option. In conclusion, I would rate this gas engineer as the best in Basildon and outstanding value for money. Just had a new boiler, 2 new showers and rads put on. Mik and Jordan did a great job. Very clean and tidy. Always on time. Can't recommend highly enough.

My boiler gave an error message which I was unable to resolve. Called Mik on Monday he was able to come on Thursday. He arrived on time (actually a little bit earlier which was great) and went to work on the boiler. Within a couple of hours, he had diagnosed the problem went out got the new part and also did a full service which was required so all back up and running. Mik is honest and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease and explains what was required and what has been done. 5-star service highly recommend him

Had a new boiler and radiators fitted by Mik and his colleague Jordan. They arrived promptly, worked hard throughout the day. They kept me informed of their progress each day and completed the job on schedule. I was really anxious about having this work done - but they made me feel really comfortable. After a few days of trying to solve my boiler failing to fire myself I contacted Mik for help. I sent an enquiry late on a Thursday evening via the mcrawleyheating website and received a text the same evening and a phone call first thing the following morning. Mik and Jordan were able to attend the same day and got straight to work, they both followed COVID guidelines and wore masks. As the wiring on my heating system was a mess I was told that it would be easier and better to have a full rewire which was not a surprise to me as I had wires in three different junction boxes with loose wires everywhere! I was told the cost before any work was completed and considering the amount of time the work took the price was very reasonable. The work completed was very tidy and no mess was left behind. They were both very polite and courteous taking their shoes off at the door, all of my questions were answered and they were very considerate as I was working from home and on video calls. I was contacted the following day asking everything was working as expected as well. I would not hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to anyone.

Really happy with Michael's work, personable manner and pricing to fix both a shower issue and work to fix and complete tap and pipework install from another plumber. Result is a much better solution, completed to high quality and within a good time. Will definitely use Michael's service again whenever we have any plumbing or heating work.

Don’t go to others go to M Crawley Plumbing and Heating they are the best forget the rest. After initially contacting a few different plumbers and being let down I was recommended to call M Crawley Plumbing and Heating LTD. After calling them they attended my property very promptly and immediately got to work on my boiler. The issue was diagnosed as a Diverter valve and sensor fault. With no hesitation Mick was straight on the phone to source parts for collection next day. The following morning he text and advised he would be back with the parts and to fit and replace, true to his word he attended, dismantled my boiler installed the replacement parts put all back together and tested vigorously until he was happy the job was done. I can’t thank Mick and his son enough for the excellent speed and quality of the service they provided us, I recommend anyone with a Plumbing issue to contact them as first point of call.

We first come across Mik and Jordan when our old 60’s back boiler was playing up. We had a few plumbers come and look it but it never really worked the same after. Mik came and fixed another plumbers mess and managed to get our boiler going again. We decided to have this replaced in time for the winter and was really happy with the removal of our old boiler and relocation of the new combi boiler into the loft. They were very clean and super friendly. We really recommend this company.

The service and professionalism were exceptional, they completed the work within the specified time and bang on budget, we are very happy with the work and service would recommend using them without a doubt.
