Mick was called out to provide a diagnosis for issues we were having with boiler and UFH ( boiler and UFH not installed by Mick) Mick was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, he went way beyond what you what we have experienced before with help with our issues. Mick fitted a new boiler and completed a diagnosis of the UFH, I can only thank Mick for all his help and professionalism, all issues have been resolved.

Michael recently installed a new Worcester boiler in my house and I couldn’t be happier. He was professional, efficient, and the work is of the highest standard. After several failed attempts at fixing my boiler, I looked on WHICH and found Mr. Crawley's company. I contacted him explaining the past issues of dodgy engineers and he gave me a date for a week later. Whilst explaining my ordeals, he encouraged me to go with Vaillant directly. I thought this a little strange. Anyhow, I looked into it but still gave Mr. Crawley the job as he seemed like a good company to promote due to the reviews. He visited, but didn't have a PCB board, despite me saying beforehand via email and telephone, that the previous plumbers said it was in need of a new PCB and PRV. After his on-site investigation, he called and quoted £500.00 for only the PCB part. That sounded expensive for a Vaillant Ecotec Pro 24. I found the new part online for a max price of £275.60 brand new, plus received a quote for my serial number, make and model for £180.00 (details shared with Mr. Crawley after he questioned where). Mr. Crawley's response was, "So why don't you get them back then", but I had already explained that there was a safe guarding issue, and an inflated price on the part, hence why I didn't. He still persisted that I should go with Vaillant, and at this point I said "OK". He charged me £72.00 for no value-add at all. Refund? My boiler was fixed the following day by Vaillant, who changed the PCB and PRV for a lot less than Mr. Crawley's quote, and gave me 6 month's cover via D&G. So you do the math. It was cheaper, quicker and service was courteous and honest.

This is the second time I’ve used M Crawley Plumbing & Heating, this time to change a combination boiler. Mike and Jordan arrived on time and completed the work in a day including power flushing the system. New boiler with a ten year warranty. Both were polite, explained works to be completed, covered surfaces and put dust sheets down as necessary. Great service.

Mik was readily available to answer questions and provide options throughout the process. He arrived when he said he would and gave a clear estimate for the replacement boiler and installation of a new thermostat. Mik and Jordan worked hard all day to ensure the job was completed to a really professional standard.

Mik and Jordan removed an existing gas boiler and hot water cylinder and fitted new ones together with associated pumps, valves etc. They were very professional and friendly. They did the work within the agreed timescale and at the agreed price and tidied up after themselves.

From start to finish the service was first class. Mik and Jordan arrived promptly at 830an and immediately set to work to fit a new boiler for me. They kept me informed during the process and explained the changes in pipe work which they had to make to correct the previous poor installation. They were honest, polite, respectful and focused on getting the job done. They arranged all my registrations and certifications and provided me with a document pack on boiler. They took away old boiler and all the new packaging and made sure the area was clean and tidy before they left. If you want the best service, best knowledge and best people then these are the guys, you will not find anyone better!

Mik and Jordan did an excellent job removing our old boiler and fitting a new combi boiler in a different room. They were professional, friendly hard working and kept us informed throughout. We were anxious about having work done at this moment in time as our son is due an operation and we were mindful of covid. Mik and Jordan were happy to wear masks throughout their time in the property and warn us as when they needed to move around the property to other rooms. They were hard-working and worked long hours the first day until they were in a position to leave us hot water and heating for the night and had left the property as they had found it; returning the following day to do a full power flush and remove all traces of where the original boiler and pipework had been. Cannot recommend them enough and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Mik and his assistant Jordan did an excellent job removing our old Gledhill boilermate and system boiler and replacing them with a new Worcester Bosch combi boiler. All work was done to the agreed schedule and budget. Mik and Jordan were professional, friendly and hard-working throughout. We were particularly impressed that they worked a long first day so that the new boiler was up and running, giving us hot water and central heating overnight. On completion of the installation, Mik contacted Worcester Bosch and Gas Safe promptly and we received our guarantee and buildings regulation compliance certificate shortly afterwards. Would recommend and use again in future.

Really pleased with the standard of work. Mick and his team were friendly, professional, polite and efficient. They kept us updated with progress and responded swiftly to our enquiries and requests. Work was completed on schedule and budget. They replaced our old boiler and relocated the hot water cylinder from the upstairs bathroom into the garage, including all necessary pipework. Immensely impressed by the supremely courteous and efficient professional installation of the new Worcester bosch by Michael and his assistant Jordan. The onerous task of removing the old boiler was completed swiftly, and all waste/ surplus materials disposed of. We were greatly reassured during the first visit for Michael to patiently explain the various options and costs involved. He is the perfect gentleman, and I would recommend him as the ideal choice. Best of all his quote was far less than British gas, which does not offer a home visit option. In conclusion, I would rate this gas engineer as the best in Basildon and outstanding value for money. Just had a new boiler, 2 new showers and rads put on. Mik and Jordan did a great job. Very clean and tidy. Always on time. Can't recommend highly enough.

My boiler gave an error message which I was unable to resolve. Called Mik on Monday he was able to come on Thursday. He arrived on time (actually a little bit earlier which was great) and went to work on the boiler. Within a couple of hours, he had diagnosed the problem went out got the new part and also did a full service which was required so all back up and running. Mik is honest and knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease and explains what was required and what has been done. 5-star service highly recommend him

Had a new boiler and radiators fitted by Mik and his colleague Jordan. They arrived promptly, worked hard throughout the day. They kept me informed of their progress each day and completed the job on schedule. I was really anxious about having this work done - but they made me feel really comfortable. After a few days of trying to solve my boiler failing to fire myself I contacted Mik for help. I sent an enquiry late on a Thursday evening via the mcrawleyheating website and received a text the same evening and a phone call first thing the following morning. Mik and Jordan were able to attend the same day and got straight to work, they both followed COVID guidelines and wore masks. As the wiring on my heating system was a mess I was told that it would be easier and better to have a full rewire which was not a surprise to me as I had wires in three different junction boxes with loose wires everywhere! I was told the cost before any work was completed and considering the amount of time the work took the price was very reasonable. The work completed was very tidy and no mess was left behind. They were both very polite and courteous taking their shoes off at the door, all of my questions were answered and they were very considerate as I was working from home and on video calls. I was contacted the following day asking everything was working as expected as well. I would not hesitate to use these guys again or recommend them to anyone.

Really happy with Michael's work, personable manner and pricing to fix both a shower issue and work to fix and complete tap and pipework install from another plumber. Result is a much better solution, completed to high quality and within a good time. Will definitely use Michael's service again whenever we have any plumbing or heating work.
