After assessing fault on old boiler a replacement Viessmann was fitted along with p/p and 3way v/v. In addition a desairator and magna clean units were fitted. The work was completed within a day even though an electrical fault was found and completed by an electrician. This was done with no extra charge! They were professional very polite and helpful. Cleaned up after all was finished. Called back that night to check all was OK and a day later. A trader to recommended. He was found on the Which Trusted trader site.

Great communication although the plumber was a little late arriving he kept us in the loop which makes a great difference. Worked methodically through our system quickly identified the problem re set the system and stayed to make sure everything was working. Good to get a follow on call to check all was well. Well done Matt.

Matt and Alf were very professional. Identified the problem that was causing my RCD circuit to trip. Installed a new boiler and replaced all badly installed pipe work from previous install, in a timely manner. Made sure everything was working before leaving. would thoroughly recommend them.

Shower tray trap leak

Matt and Alfie came to my property for another leak issue, whilst they were thoroughly checking to make sure the original problem was fixed they discovered another leak on the shower trap. Matt said he would get another trap and return to fix the problem as soon as possible. He kept in touch to let me know when he was coming, when Matt returned the trap was very difficult to remove without having to cause more damage so he stripped the trap down completely in a difficult tight position, replace all the seals and refitted. Leaks are completely fixed very happy with the work and the clean professional way he dealt with any problems as they materialised. Highly recommended.

I was one of the 1,000s of people with no heating due to the weather. I also had no water. I contacted several plumbers and Matt was one of only 3 who actually responded. Despite being extremely busy, Matt said he would come out. The conditions were awful but Matt sorted both my heating and water issues out. He was polite and professional and will be my first port of call in the future. Thank you Matt.

I had a brand new boiler fitted and was extremely impressed. Matt was professional, tidy and very quick at getting the job complete. He turned up when he said he would and I haven't had any problems with my boiler since. I then asked Matt to fit a brand new bathroom for me 6 months later and yet again I have been incredibly impressed with the service and result. I would recommend him to everyone.

Gas Boiler replacement and overhaul of all heating system and subsequently the Annual Service. All of which was reasonably priced when compared to the market. Also came as an emergency response which turned out not to be related to plumbing but gave advice and support for who we did need to contact. Throughout Matt Burrell's work, help, support and courtesy has been second to none and I would thoroughly recommend MJ Burrells.
