The old roof was badly decayed and leaking. The roof and all rotten timbers were removed and disposed of safely. New wall plate and timbers were installed, boarded and felted to a very high standard. The job was finished superbly with new fascias and guttering and the site was cleared of all debris to leave it spotless. I was very impressed with the way they assessed the job at the outset and particularly the initiative used to incorporate the roof of the attached shed. There was a mutually agreed date for the work with flexibility from both sides. The invoice matched the quotation to within 0.5% even though there was unexpected work to incorporate the shed. A thoroughly good job by a very professional team.
