Very prompt and helpful. Not good news when your oven breaks down 10 days before Xmas, but they came out and diagnosed the problem. Needed parts which were ordered immediately and fitted quickly and efficiently 48 hours later. Vastly exceeded expectations! Fitter very personable and friendly with useful advice on other potential problems (without “selling” a solution)

I had 2 appliances that needed repairing, I had been turned down twice due to them being commercial but MK Darts pick this up and had an appliance engineer waiting for me early next day. Ed was my engineer and spent a good amount of time fault-finding my dishwasher and washing machine, diagnosing the problem and not just throwing parts at it. He evident to me what was causing the problems and fixed them both and still working today no issues. It was fast, it was cheap and it was good! I am happy, my customer is happy, service was delivered. I will be using MK Darts again and requesting Ed.

While efficiently installing our new integrated dishwasher, Steve resolved a very longstanding problem where the dishwasher door stood proud of the unit line and impaired access to the corner unit. He saw the problem and came up with a simple solution no one else had thought of. We were delighted that he took the trouble to think through the problem and didn't just do a like-for-like replacement which he could easily have done.

My dishwasher had showed a code and the upper spray arm had come off. I'd done everything online but to no avail. Time to call a professional. Steve was great. He explained everything he was doing and told me why. He advised me to buy a replacement part and showed me how to put it in. He also said I could use the bottom basket of the dishwasher. I did the latter first and the dishwasher sprung a leak. Steve came out again and told me to wash the seal, how to reinsert it and still get the part. I got the part, washed the seal and started the machine and it worked :) So, if you want a professional, who: doesn't overcharge, is personable, is reliable, offers good advice, and is keen to complete the job well, - use MK Dart!

Amazing Service .spoke to Kelly and the same day had a quote for a new dishwasher and fitting, and was surprised how reasonable there quote was, so we decided to proceed .Stephen called the following day and came out at 5pm to install, where else would you find service like that. So if your looking for a great price, amazing friendly service look no further!!! Highly Recommend

My oven died and I thought it was terminal but rather than doing what I usually do (go straight for new), I called MK Dart. Seems my plug had burnt out so the-total bill was £25 and my oven is back to full working order.

Faced with an oven which would not work, Steve advised that he could not source the part quickly, and advised that it would be cheaper and faster to use the manufacturer. That is what we did. We then called him to a leaking washing machine. He diagnosed the fault as a worn catch, which he re-paid, and advised on what to do if it failed again.. Both times we only paid his very reasonable call out charge. He now has an apprentice, whom he seems to be teaching well. We would recommend him to anyone.

My initial phone call was answered promptly, efficiently and very helpfully. When the engineer visited he explained the checks he was making and had the machine working without replacing any parts. He also gave me tips for how to get the best out of the machine, The call out charge was very low and I was more than delighted with the results. Would recommend this company most highly to anyone.

Having found this company on the Which? Trusted Traders website I emailed them and had a reply within a day suggesting a couple of appointment dates. I chose one that suited me and the engineer arrived on the appointed day, gave me useful advice and performed a very economical repair requiring no parts (and giving a guarantee too). It seems that this company is interested in developing a good reputation and getting positive referrals - that seems a good formula to me! Recommended

I can't fault the service I received. I left a message on the answerphone and received a call back within the hour. The engineer called at the appointed time, was polite, professional and thorough. He ordered a part and came back 2 days later to replace it. He also charged me exactly the same as another company charged a friend for a short call out, despite spending a couple of hours in total repairing my machine. I would definitely recommend using this company

Just a few days before Xmas our Oven kept tripping out our electrics. We called Steve and he got out to us the very next day. After checking the oven it was clear that there were numerous problems and a new oven would be a cheaper option than trying to repair the old one. Whilst shopping for our oven we called Steve a number of times for advice which he was happy to give and once the oven was purchased he came out the very same day to fit it so we were up and running for Xmas. Throughout the whole process Steve was friendly, professional and willing to go the extra mile. All communication was prompt and I will happily use him again for any future appliance problems we have.

Our integrated fridge freezer down in the run up to Christmas and Steve was with us the same evening and rather than 'it needs replaced' let's try some Options before we go down that route! Steve provided us with all the information for us to make a decision as to what we should do. We ordered the new fridge freezer as we couldn't risk delaying the process as we had a house full of guests due to arrive! This was fitted as soon as it was delivered and was fitted out of office hours to accommodate us as the customer! Highly recommended & great service
