This is the first time I have used M&M, needed an annual boiler service and decided to switch from the company I have been using since 2016. It was easy to arrange the service a quick call was all that was needed. On the day they turned up spot on time. Full respect was given to my property, the boiler service was done promptly once they had entered my house, made no mess, what else do you need? Quality job. I even had the opportunity to ask opinion about heat pumps, good to get some experienced views from the very people who install them.

Brilliant job in repairing and then upgrading the shower in our en-suite. House has outdated plumbing but Martin and his staff overcame challenges and we now have an excellent working shower again. Helpful and friendly service. Recommended to us by neighbours who had used this company previously. Happy to recommend myself.

Our central heating stopped working on Good Friday! We haven't used M&M before, but they were highly recommended on our road WhatsApp. I was amazed the phone was answered promptly on a Bank Holiday (I'd expected to leave a voicemail), and Martin promised to come and look on Tuesday morning, which he did. He promptly identified the faulty heating meter, went off and collected the necessary part and replaced it - and warmth was returned. Efficient and professional service - thank you.

Yet again another excellent service of my boiler by Martin thus providing trouble free central heating for another year. In addition, Shaun has just completed a repair of a leaking pipe in my airing cupboard and attended my house within a couple of hours of calling for a diagnosis followed by the repair…… very comforting to know that such people exist in an emergency situation ( which plumbing often is!). I cannot recommend Shaun and his team highly enough. We've gone from an old, decrepit, inefficient system to a new, professionally installed heating and hot water system. Shaun took what we had, identified the problems and with his team created the perfect solution - where many before him had failed. They were prompt, efficient and polite and i will certainly recommend them.

Our fourteen year old Worcester Bosch boiler in our loft was last serviced just over a year ago and at the time the engineer (now retired and not M&M) said we should think about replacing it at the next service. As M&M are a Trusted Trader we contacted Martin who came and, after an inspection agreed this was a sound plan. We were sent a quotation for a similar but upgraded model including a power flush of the existing heating system with fresh inhibitor added and the new boiler commissioned. We accepted and an installation date agreed. The fitter arrived on time and laid carpet protection before installation began. During the installation, it was revealed that the new flue allowed for in the quotation was not needed and the final invoice was reduced accordingly. The work was carried out efficiently and without a break and our heating was on before we realised it had been completed and without any mess. I recommend M&M without hesitation.

Great advice and superb installation from Shaun - who recommended (1) installing the boiler not in our utility room but in our garage and he managed a more difficult pipe run (through a large steel beam) to a further location & (2) managed to split upstairs into a separate zone by reusing the old boiler primary pipe work to supply the downstairs heating system- thus keeping all pipe work modifications inside our airing cupboard - thus avoiding a lot of disturbance upstairs. Two key differential issues not offered in other quotations. Highly recommend M&M Gas Services and the installation was first class.

We have been lucky enough to have Martin to look after our heating for many years, from servicing and fixes to new boiler installation. He’s always responsive, professional, pragmatic and super pleasant to deal with. The high quality work from him and Shaun, along with the willingness to help and advise along the way, make it easy to highly recommend.

Punctual, efficient friendly. A also asked for a gas safety certificate as it was a requirement for hosting Ukranian refugees and he didn't charge for it. Definitely recommend.

Martin was recommended to us some years ago as we needed our boiler serviced. After 10 plus years, we are still using M&M services. We cannot fault them, they are friendly, hard working and trustworthy. When we needed a new boiler there was no hesitation in asking him to supply and fit it. Excellent job.

I have two jobs done. The first was a central heating powerflush and the second was to replace the heating tank. On both occasions, I experienced excellent work and friendly service. Highly recommended.

We found ourselves without hot water and central heating. We contacted Martin who soon came to our house and investigated the problems which involved the boiler itself, associated pipework and the pump. Martin has a professional approach to his work and he identified and carried out all the repairs quickly and efficiently. This required power flushing and a new pump. He fully explained everything during his visits and was always punctual and friendly. We have not used Martin before but would be happy to call upon him in the future.

There are very few traders who 'really' understand 'underfloor heating system', but Shaun is the exception. He was very methodical in his approach to identifying a problem that we had and which he quickly resolved. Generally, he was extremely helpful and followed the repair up a couple of weeks later to check that all was O.K. He is now on our permanent list for plumbing and strongly recommend him.

Having contacted the Jacuzzi company regarding the complete failure of the bath/shower (20 years old) they were most unhelpful and suggested we contact a plumber. On recommendation, we contacted Shaun of M & M Gas Services. Whilst he was extremely busy he agreed to come to us as soon as possible. At an agreed time he came and although our model of Jacuzzi was not familiar to him he worked very quickly and rectified a number of issues and left the site with everything working 100%. We found him polite, helpful and professional and would not hesitate to recommend him elsewhere and we will definitely be using him for any future problems in plumbing/gas issues. Because we were searching for a rapid response we did not request a quote but were more than satisfied with the charges.

M&M Gas Services Ltd did a great job, completing the boiler replacement on time and to budget. Throughout the process, they were well-organised and polite, and they did a great job too.

Martin came in originally to assist a colleague to identify the cause of a challenging boiler fault and then came back again to fit the replacement component. His expertise and skills fully solved the problem immediately. Also he was able to deal with the issue quickly which was incredibly helpful. A lovely man who explained everything as he went along. And all done at a very good price. I cannot thank Martin enough for his time and help.

Martin was recommended to us by my mother-in-law, who he's done several small jobs for, and he came round as promised to see what we needed doing. (There was no charge for a call-out / assessment visit). We knew we wanted to replace a WC and cistern, and discussed with M&M what to do about a thermostatic shower which was only running cold. Martin was friendly and seemed entirely honest in his assessment of the work required . He was reassuringly positive about being able to sort the shower and WC replacements with no fuss,. His advice appeared sensible to a non-plumber. We had to wait a few days to get the work done, because M&M were very busy, but he kept us updated without having to pester him. Martin and his colleague were punctual when they came to do the work, and personable and answered my questions about the work patiently. His work was neatly finished in good time, with the minimum mess, and the fee for the work was very fair. I would definitely use M&M again and recommend them.

I contacted Martin concerning a problem with the boiler and some radiators not heating up. He came round to see the problem and give me a quote, he put my mind at rest by telling me that the boiler and radiators did not need replacing. The problem was due to a build up over the years of sludge in the system. He sent me a quote which I accepted, the work was done on Friday 12/03/21. It was carried out by Neil, he was polite and friendly and left no mess when he had finished. The heating system is now working fine.
