Established in 1997, M&R Plumbing and Heating Ltd provide a complete range of domestic and commercial gas, heating and plumbing services, specialising in alternative/renewable energy solutions. We are a service partner and accredited Worcester Bosch installer, and all our engineers are Gas Safe registered. This company was recommended by a friend. I had my boiler serviced today by Gary and his apprentice. Best service my boiler has ever had, both lads were polite and courteous and Gary took time to explain and I felt nothing was too much trouble. I will definitely be using them again.

Superb service from this company. I had ordered an annual service for our gas boiler. The technicians turned up at the agreed time and were courteous and polite throughout the time they were at the house. Payment afterwards was very easy and the cerificates arrived very soon afterwards.

Really professional top notch company. After contacting the company Mick came round to discuss my options. He was really knowledgeable and gave me some great advice so that I could pick the best boiler. We arranged an installation day and the engineers turned up at the agreed time. They were really friendly and did a great job changing my boiler. Very clean and tidy and they then took the time to explain how I used my new boiler. Great customer service and I feel I’ve had value for money. The 10 year guarantee gives me peace of mind and is something that others don’t seem to offer. I would definitely recommend this company.

Recently had a new boiler fitted in the loft. M&R did an incredible job considering the loft was over 30 degrees. No fuss, just got on with it and all done within the 2 days discussed. Highly Recommended.

I couldn't thank Mick and his team at M&R plumbing enough. I woke one morning with no hot water or heating. Thinking the worst and contacting a few companies it all pointed and me needing a new boiler. Mick was able to come around on a late Saturday afternoon to come and quote me for a new boiler. After a quick inspection, he believed he was able to fix my boiler. I was relieved, I booked him in a few days later, and I can't thank him enough as he replaced a part and the system is now all up and running again. The service I received was excellent, i would highly recommend
