From humble beginnings Ingram's have now evolved into a company offering a wide range of services both to the public and commercial sector alike. Established for over 60 years, we are a family managed company that prides itself on delivering a consistent quality service tailored to individual customer requirements. Being a versatile company we cater for all types of requests for removals and storage. We employ professional staff and run a modern fleet of Mercedes Benz vehicles which allows us to respond to a very wide variety of requests from our customers, quite often at short notice.
As members of the British Association of Removers we adhere to a strict code of conduct in all our dealings with customers, from their initial enquiry up to completion. Through our quality of work we have also gained British Standard EN 12522 accreditation for our professional domestic removals and storage service. We have over 40 years of membership with BAR.

Malcolm came to give a quote, and immediately I was struck by his professionalism. The price was higher than another quote, but you get what you pay for, as they say, and I was happy we did not go cheaper. The movers over the three days were really friendly, professional, and efficient, and reflected the owners' standards. I would not hesitate to recommend Ingram's for anyone moving home. Proper old-fashioned service and values!

Arrangements were all very clear and straightforward, for a complicates move. The removal team were friendly, considerate, helpful, professional and efficient. Moving house after 27+ years and four children is quite a task, and they made it as easy as it could be.

Efficient, friendly, professional - three words that describe our experience of Ingram’s. We booked late as our house move was in the air until the last minute. Ingram’s was recommended through a work colleague. From start to finish, communication was great and Malcolm made it clear what timeframes we were working with - we moved on the Tuesday after the May bank holiday. We moved from a large Victorian townhouse to a smaller new build. The guys came in to help pack on the Wednesday, picked up most of our stuff on Friday and returned on move day for the remainder. End to end, the guys were first class. Nothing was too much trouble, they took care with all of our belongings and had smiles on their faces throughout, despite some unseasonably hot weather. We would definitely recommend Ingram’s to anyone looking for a stress-free house move.

I’ve used Ingram’s twice within one year. Ingram’s provide a first class service in all respects. Malcolm is always easily available to communicate with whether by phone or email and he’s super efficient and incredibly helpful. I used the pack and move service, everything was carefully packed and labelled so it arrived in the appropriate room at the new property. Over the five days of the move I met all of Ingram’s removal team, each one was excellent, helpful, hard working, efficient and they worked together brilliantly. The team took immense care with my furniture and ensured they didn’t damage the furniture or new property. The weather was dreadful, snow, rain and strong winds but they preserved through it all. Ingram’s took so much stress out of moving which was wonderful. Top notch all around.

Excellent professional service from the moment I called Malcolm to arrange removals.Malcolm and Ian are amazing and go out of their way to offer a great service. The removal guys John,Ray and Hayden arrived early morning and worked until 7pm as we were moving out of town returning the next day to finish.They worked with great care and even removed a window to get our sofas in.Extremely efficient and professional but also very friendly and trustworthy.Went above and beyond without complaining and no hidden costs.Fantastic team.We are very grateful.

Ingram's offers a fantastic service. We relocated from Bishop Auckland to Anglesey and our moving dates changed multiple times, and this was never a problem for Malcolm. Our furniture ended up going into storage for two weeks - all our items were handled with care, and arrived in perfect condition. The moving crew were second to none, so hard working and really lovely guys. Ingram's is definitely the best removal company we've ever used.

Ingram's recently moved our contents. They are, by a distance, the best removal company we have worked with. The price was fair, the work was conducted incredibly efficiently, and by staff who were incredibly courteous, polite and helpful. None of our possessions were damaged and everything was packed to ensure this would not happen. I endorse them without hesitation and fully recommend using Ingram's.

Just a quick message to thank you for the outstanding service from you and your team. From start to finish it has been a lovely experience. On the day, Cameron, Grant and James did an excellent job which we didn't fully appreciate until we had unpacked fully. Everything was wrapped very carefully - not even the slightest sign of damage! On arrival in Nantwich, Cameron, James and Neil then unloaded everything quickly, with everything going where we wanted it. They even offered to rebuild all the beds even though we'd only asked for one to be done. The team were all so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, we'd definitely recommend your company, please pass on our thanks again to the team
