Ingram's offers a fantastic service. We relocated from Bishop Auckland to Anglesey and our moving dates changed multiple times, and this was never a problem for Malcolm. Our furniture ended up going into storage for two weeks - all our items were handled with care, and arrived in perfect condition. The moving crew were second to none, so hard working and really lovely guys. Ingram's is definitely the best removal company we've ever used.

Ingram's recently moved our contents. They are, by a distance, the best removal company we have worked with. The price was fair, the work was conducted incredibly efficiently, and by staff who were incredibly courteous, polite and helpful. None of our possessions were damaged and everything was packed to ensure this would not happen. I endorse them without hesitation and fully recommend using Ingram's.

Just a quick message to thank you for the outstanding service from you and your team. From start to finish it has been a lovely experience. On the day, Cameron, Grant and James did an excellent job which we didn't fully appreciate until we had unpacked fully. Everything was wrapped very carefully - not even the slightest sign of damage! On arrival in Nantwich, Cameron, James and Neil then unloaded everything quickly, with everything going where we wanted it. They even offered to rebuild all the beds even though we'd only asked for one to be done. The team were all so pleasant and nothing was too much trouble. All in all, we'd definitely recommend your company, please pass on our thanks again to the team

We used Ingrams for a full house move and they provided a great service. They were very professional and helpful. Communication was great throughout the process and they worked suoer hard on the day. I would definitely recommend them, they made moving house much easier and it would have been difficult without them.

Ingram's are fantastic movers - they have now moved us twice, and on both occasions have been brilliant. They've worked with speed and care, taken account of all our requests and preferences, and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again! On this occasion, we had fairly short notice of our move, and several more local movers were unable to help us - Malcolm managed to work things out, and turn things around at short notice despite us being further from their base. Malcolm himself is very friendly and helpful, and all of our packers and movers were also friendly, helpful and efficient - they made a stressful time much smoother and we had some great chats.

Malcolm and his team are far and away the best removals firm we have come across. From the first engagement with them to the last they have been so professional and helpful. We had a very testing experience where we were promised two completion dates which fell through at the last minute. Ingrams had cleared our house in readiness for the expected move and when it was cancelled they were so understanding and they were prepared to store our furniture for two months until we finally got a completion date that happened. We are so grateful and recommend this business unreservedly.

Every aspect of our dealing with Ingrams has been professional, courteous and seemless. I telephoned Ingrams for a quote and Malcolm came out to our home within days and arrived on time. We moved from Brandon to Inverness and Malcolm explained at the outset that it would be a 4 day move. On the day of the move the crew arrived on time and made introductions. We had packed ourselves and explained where everything need to go. They were very efficient and worked well as a team and the loading only took a few hours. i was given their mobile number as a contact when we arrived at Inverness. On the day of delivery they arrived on time and worked constantly unloading. Everything was taken to the correct rooms and nothing has been amaged. I would definitely recommend Ingrams to anyone moving house.

Every single interaction we had with every person was just super friendly and efficient I cannot recommend this company enough. And temporary wardrobes are a game changer!

Our whole move was handled professionally and diligently by Malcolm and his team. The lads who turned up to clear our house were on time, professional and courteous. We were in a chain of house moves and their was a delay in our new house being cleared due to a removal team from AnyVan not turning up. Ingrams kindly agreed to offload some essentials and securely stored our belongings before re-delivering the next day. If you are considering a house move, please do not go with a poor alternative, go with the best, which is undoubtably Ingrams.

Great experience with Malcolm and the team. Everything went to plan. Totally flexibility and good price for a long haul move over three days. Well worth it and had zero issues which for a house move is incredible. Very professional team with a long tradition. Stick with those who care about your possessions abc not go with cheap and unknown.

I could give a long review but to be honest couldnt praise this company enough. We were let down by another firm with 10 days to go and ingrams picked us up. They were marvellous. A chair was broken but was speedily repaired. Im 79 and wont be moving again but if i was Ingrams would be my choice

Moving is usually stressful & ours was BUT the competence, friendliness & attention to detail shown by Malcolm & his team helped us through it. Nothing was too much trouble & they packed & moved everything we wanted them to ( oh! So many boxes. How did I ever accumulate all this stuff) with patience & good humour. The packed, stored & delivered everything in good order & were friendly & helpful throughout. I can’t recommend them enough.

Ingrams is a superb removals company. From initial contact to completion of work they have been helpful, friendly and highly professional. The office communication is first rate, swift to respond and fully aware of the work required. The removals team are excellent - careful, thoughtful, a delight to have around and extremely good at what they do. They have seen us through a complicated 2 stage move and have taken the complexities in their stride. They couldn’t have been more positive or helpful. I recommend them 100%.

From the moment I got in touch Ingram's were helpful and friendly I used them because I had previous excellent experience 22 years ago. MIchael and Alex arrived in Worcestershire to collect my belongings and remained cheerful despite the extreme heat.They worked hard that day and the next morning being patient although I had a large number of boxes of books and some very heavy furniture.They packed everything aboard including the dogs' biscuit tin!-yes they even put up with having to work around my three large canines.They arrived up in Weardale at my new home the following morning and Michael's driving skill was awesome as he had to negotiate reversing along a narrow lane,round a tight bend and up a slope not made easy by a parked car in the way.He immerged from the van cool and smiling and proceeded to unload along with Alex my copious number of boxes and bags plus furniture still patient and helpful and still working in baking conditions Everything was delivered undamaged I cannot recommend Ingrams highly enough for their professional and caring service which I really appreciated Thankyou so much

A fabulous service from beginning to end. Malcolm was extremely helpful from his arrival to decide what was needed, to providing the estimate the same afternoon. He also ensured that a stressful time with solicitors and their erratic time scale was not a problem. A most charming, efficient and helpful man. The staff who moved me from Esh Winning to Lanchester were equally obliging and professional, nothing was any trouble. Emptying the bungalow and positioning things in the new apartment went far more smoothly than I had thought possible. This clearly family business obviously makes it their mission to ensure that everyone who works there takes great pride, care and diligence in their work and provides outstanding customer service. I have no hesitation in giving Ingram's the very highest possible recommendation.

We used Ingram's for our house move from Barnard Castle to Wiltshire. From first contact with Malcolm in Barnard Castle until delivery and unpacking in Wiltshire, the team were excellent throughout. What really stood out was the professional, friendly and polite manner of everyone working at Ingram's. We were impressed by the guy, I think it was Jamie, who came out to estimate our needs. He gave us a warm feeling that our furniture and belongings were in good hands. The actual move took three days: one to pack, one to travel, and one to unpack, plus a day for the team to drive back to Durham. The movers were excellent. Skilled in their work, friendly, helpful, and polite. Couldn't have asked for a better team. Thank you for an excellent service!

Our first contact with Ingrams was by email; their prompt response in providing a quotation and thereafter speaking on the telephone with both Malcolm and Ian instilled in us a high degree of confidence. We were not disappointed - the house move went exceptionally well. Both Malcolm and Ian were a pleasure to deal with and gave advice and were very helpful. The crew on moving day - Simon, James and Jack - were polite, professional and friendly. They dismantled a king-size bed and re-assembled it for us in our new property. No items were damaged and the whole process went very smoothly and, what we thought would be an anxious day, turned out to be quite an enjoyable day. The crew are a credit to Ingrams. The guys also had to exercise a great deal of patience in waiting for the legal process to finalise on completion day, however they moved all of our possessions into our new home with a great deal of efficiency. All the work carried out was to the agreed schedule and budget.

I was involved in a complex and protracted removals situation. I was organised. However the judicious forethought, attention to detail and planning from Ingrams prior to the storage and then moves was absolutely first class. Some criteria of the move remained uncertain. Plans were made for each eventuality. There was a last minute overseas shipment to be arranged and involving near last minute storage, shipping arrangement and co-ordination with storage on the other side. Every aspect happened smoothly and without a glitch. Items - larger small and precious - were meticulously wrapped and packed and / or stored. Everything came out of 6 week storage in the condition in which it went in. No breaks, no knocks. And the Team - Michael and James specifically, then Ray and latterly Cameron and his colleague - were cheerful, considerate, helpful, relaxed and simply brilliant at what they do. I have never met a team of professionals that has been as proficient and personable and unbelievably made me feel like they really had everything under control. This was an horrendous move, a completely daunting undertaking and Malcolm and his team (with special thanks to Michael and James) from start to finish not only did what they were signed up to do but provided complete reassurance and confidence. Just Brilliant!

The whole team at Ingram’s were phenomenal. Malcolm was superb at responding to phone calls, emails and enquiries before, during and after the move. Malcolm offered genuine advice which helped so much. We opted for the ‘pack and move’ option which was carried out with the highest levels of diligence and professionalism. Nothing was damaged, in fact after the move our furniture was assembled fantastically. The packing team from Ingram’s arrived punctually and nothing was too much trouble for them, they were effective and efficient. They packed for two days, stored our belongings over a weekend and left us with ‘weekend essentials’ which they packed on a Monday (the planned day to move). However due to circumstances beyond our control we could not move into our next property! Malcolm and the team were so fantastic and stored our belongings with no fuss. I recommend Ingram’s unreservedly. Thank you guys for everything you did so brilliantly, you are awesome.

We cannot recommend Ingram's enough! Absolutely first class service and made the stressful process of moving home, completely stress free! They removed our belongings from our old house and stored them for a few weeks until our new house was ready and then moved us back in. They took exceptional care of our things, nothing damaged, and stored well and safely. On the day we moved into our new home they arrived promptly, the guys that did all the heavy lifting were polite and very helpful and a complete credit to the company. If we ever move again we would not hesitate to use Ingram's! Huge thanks to Malcolm and the team!

My Mum recently used Ingrams to move from North Yorkshire to Lincolnshire and it was a difficult move after a bereavement. Ingrams came recommended to us and from the moment my Mum called for a quote, we cannot thank Malcolm and the team enough for everything that they did. Michael and Adam were with us for the 3 days and we had 2 other people helping, all of which were brilliant. They were diligent, careful, accommodating, chatty, thorough, efficient.....there aren't enough words to say how good they were. If I was trying to move something myself, they would instantly offer to help. Not one single item was damaged, everything was labelled and packed with the greatest care. They took some wardrobes down and reassembled them which we hadn't expected. we thought we'd have to figure it out ourselves which saved us hours. They were polite, courteous, professional, adaptable and showed compassion when we had a few tears. I cannot recommend Ingrams more highly. Thank you all for being exceptional at what you do. Moving house isn't always a happy occasion and I never fully appreciated it until last week. They made a really tough thing to do run like clock work and I cannot thank you enough for all you did.

Malcolm and the team at Ingrams were truly excellent. Moving my Mum from Wiltshire to Durham was potentially going to be stressful, but a personal recommendation to use Ingrams proved ideal. Emails were quickly answered, information needed was clarified. The two guys who came down were so quick and efficient (as well as being polite and very helpful) that far more was completed on the first day than was expected, leaving less for the extra guy hired in to assist with on the proper "moving day". Likewise, they moved all into my Mum's new property with skill - not a single thing damaged or broken! I will happily recommend Ingrams for any removal activity.

I cannot recommend this long-established, family company highly enough. Nothing was too much trouble. It could have been stressful for me to move to the other end of the country on my own after being widowed, but, beginning with a home visit, any follow-up question, no matter how basic, was promptly and reassuringly answered. They skilfully moved my piano. They packed everything up and took stuff I didn’t need to auction, charity or dump. They even were happy to bring back items of furniture which turned out to be too big for my new property. The guys who did the removal could not have been more friendly or more helpful. Just wonderful service.

Ingram's completed an estimate for me within 24 hours of contacting. They safely removed all my belongings from the home in one morning, stored them for several months and delivered back to me on the date and time agreed with no issues. They have been punctual, professional, polite and tidy. Communication and helpfulness throughout has been spot on. Would recommend.
