Manzoor came to the rescue when our old boiler broke as temperatures outside where dropping below zero! After a very rapid consultation, they returned and fitted a brand new system, listening to our needs/requests, and were very thoughtful throughout.

This was the third time Manzoor had done some work for me. He responded quickly with a quote and the job was carried out very competently. He was polite and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him and use his services again.

We had a leak that needed fixing. It turned out to be (as hoped) a small, easy job. So, not a challenge for them. But they were quick, prompt, polite, tidy, and professional. Good as you could ask for.

Manzoor came promptly to replace a plug in the bathroom sink when it had become stuck in the down position (push down/up fitting). He was responsive, polite and helpful and went out to secure the part which best suited the sink. It took him no time at all to replace, checked thoroughly that there were no leaks and left the place clean and tidy. I’d recommend Manzoor anytime :)

Manzoor replaced an under sink trap for me, the quality of work was great and he made sure to explain everything he was doing. He reconnected my kitchen appliances and made sure to test his work thoroughly to ensure there were no issues. He also helped with some general plumbing questions as I'd just moved in. This is the second time I have used this trader. The appointment was arranged easily by phone only two days in advance. The plumber arrived on the agreed date and time, carried out the work without incident, and the tap is working fine.

I contacted Manzoor Plumbing to service and repair a boiler and issue a gas safety certificate. Building repairs by another tradesman had left a key part of the boiler difficult to access and three other plumbers had declared it an insoluble problem. One wanted to rebuild the room. By contrast, Manzoor quickly found a simple practical solution, then undertook much needed remedial work on the boiler and central heating system and issued the certificate. He identified some things to be done that we were not aware of when we called him in. These extra tasks were explained clearly and we were given the option to have them done or not. Manzoor kept to his appointments and kept on the job until things were finished. He rearranged his schedule so that all our (additional) works could be completed before we had to leave. One minor issue emerged after he completed and he came back to the house immediately to resolve it, without charge. He was a pleasure to deal with - very friendly manner, helpful, and communicative when needed.

I can’t recommend this plumber enough! He has been my go-to for a couple of years now and always goes above and beyond. Most recently, he came to check and service my boiler. He is incredibly punctual, reliable, and always delivers exactly what he promises. The price is always as quoted—no hidden surprises. Beyond being professional and efficient, he’s also genuinely nice and a pleasure to deal with. Having used him for years, I can definitely vouch for his excellent service. Mr Manzoor swiftly fixed a leak in our bathroom. He arrived within 2 hours of our call and quickly identified and fixed the problem. We previously used him to fit a new radiator and will definitely use him again.

I contacted the plumber and arranged for him to do a job, changing my plans to be at home. Plumber failed to turn up no once, but on two occasions with no messages to even say he wouldn’t be coming. Very poor customer service. Can’t speak to quality of work as we never saw him.

Manzoor Plumbing came out on the day of my call and quickly fixed my issue, returning later in the week to carry out a more permanent repair. Despite finding more issues than initially thought, they didn’t charge me any extra. They were fast and efficient and I would highly recommend them

The stopcock on the lead water mains was not opening and closing as it should, resulting in a constant leak. Manzoor arrived at the appointed time, explained the process and possible difficulties in repairing such old installation. He completed the task with care and all went well.

Following a boiler service in the summer I was told I needed my flu pipe sealed in and my condensate pipe and prue pipe changed. I didn’t want to get back the plumber who did the installation originally as they missed things and didn’t fill me with confidence. Manzoor was recommended to me by some neighbours and I’m happy I went with him. He was very communicative and reactive ahead of visiting and talked me through all the work that was going on. I recommend and will definitely use him for future work!

So I botched replacing some seals on our shower taps; it was a surprisingly difficult job, and a few days later water started dropping into our kitchen from the bathroom above. The Manzoors came round, discussed options with me, and took time to show the source of the problem (which was a botched installation in the first place from whoever put the pipes in for the shower). Anyway, they did a great job. They were super quick fixing the leak. And you would not know they had been here, they were careful to tidy up afterwards. And were done within an hour.

My tenants complained that the radiator in their bedroom was cold and I was unable to fix it, so I called several plumbers in the area. Mr Manzoor responded immediately and recognised that it was a priority to have the heating working as the weather had turned really cold. He came round the next day at the time he had agreed with me and fixed the problem at a reasonable cost with no fuss and bother. I would be happy to use Mr Manzoor's company again if I have any further problems.

Last night the pipe from our only toilet started leaking water when flushed. I contacted Manzoor this morning and he came within 3 hours - WOW! He replaced a very old part which was worn and broken and also, resealed the bowl which was coming away from the slatted wooded backing. I cannot thank Manzoor enough for his prompt arrival, service, professionalism and reasonable pricing. I happily highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again.

Manzoor fitted a new bathroom for me, including tiling. He was also asked to find the source an intermittent leak into my neighbour’s flat below. All was accomplished with clear pricing: down payment, halfway payment and final payment. Manzoor was working in my London flat. I live in Norfolk. We met in person before he started work, but after that we communicated by WhatsApp and this was highly effective. I received frequent messages inc. photos and videos. My tenant is very happy with her new bathroom, and so am I.

I live in a mid terrace property. Manzoor installed five new radiators, serviced the boiler, flushed the system, and put in a new condense pipe. He reassuringly explained each step and the system works perfectly. I have used Mansoor for a number of years now.
