Well - what can I say? After 3 new flat roofs over a 20 year period and a lot of problems, with only a 3 year window when it didn't leak, I took many months to select a company to do the work, and Ian didn't disappoint. He took time to examine the property and really listen to what we needed, and was still happy to take on what I considered to be a difficult project starting from scratch, and overall has done a marvellous job for a reasonable price. Very happy with the work, and wish I had come across Maple roofing sooner. (Also kindly fixed a leaking overflow pipe for me whilst on the premises). Highly recommend.

I received an excellent service from Maple Roofing: great communication, prompt completion of the work to our roof for exactly the price that was quoted. Ian was friendly and inspired confidence. I called on Monday to book a quote visit (appointment confirmed the same day). Ian arrived (with his drone!) in the agreed 1 hour time slot on Wednesday to inspect the problem with the lead flashing on our loft dormer and said as it was a small job he could fit it in between other jobs and he would get it done for me this week. So refreshing to find a company that doesn't try to make a job seem bigger than it actually is! Ian completed the job on Friday and took photos to show me the finished result. From first enquiry to problem fixed in 5 days - outstanding speed of service. I will definitely be calling Maple Roofing next time I have a roofing problem.

I was purchasing a house with a known leak in the roof and wanted to see how much work and cost before exchanging. Ian from Maple visited within days of my call knowing he wasn't getting the job for a good few months but knew it was important to me. He did a thorough inspection of both pitch and flat roofs using drones and explained the problems and solution and gave me a quote quickly. When we got the house, Ian and his team did a great job fixing all roofs as well as fixing additional issues with gutter pipes being re hung, shopping for matching paint to use on re-render and even filled some holes on some of the outside walls. Always on time, very helpful and did a great job in just a few days work which was well priced so highly recommend them. :-) Martin

We had leaks in 2 of our flat roofs. Ian at Maple Roofing was friendly, reliable and offered a cost-effective solution, that no-one else, using a polyurethane roofing system which came with a guarantee. Others simply said to replace both felt roofs. The end colour was a lighter grey than anticipated. Ian happily returned and coated it with a special paint which was a darker grey. Ian took pictures and even repaired a small roof leak on the crown of the roof at no extra cost. I’d highly recommend Maple Roofing as found them to be trustworthy, reliable with no added fuss. In the second property, 10 miles away, whilst Ian's team was carrying out work at ours. I went to the other property with Ian and He quickly identified the issue of cracked tiles, went and bought the tiles immediately and fixed the issue in one visit. And he only charged for the cost of tiles. Very kind of him to do so. He’s since visited my mother’s roof and identified the issue with a cost-effective solution which he will fit in between other jobs in the area. I highly recommend Maple Roofing.

We chose Maple Roofing because he was a trusted trader. We were not disappointed. We had a leak in our passage roof which proved very difficult to deal with. Ian made a number of visits over a 3 month period until he found a repair that worked. We suggested that we might have to live with a leak. But he said that he had agreed to repair the leak and would persist until he done so. He communicated well with us. We felt we could trust him. In parallel he did some work for our daughter who was in the process of buying a house. He did a drone survey of the roof and an accompanying report. This identified clearly what needed doing and the cost involved. She was very pleased with his work and will employ him to do the work on the completion of her purchase.

I can highly recommend Maple Roofing. They are easy to contact and always return calls and emails. Their pricing is competitive, they show up on time, and are super professional. I got 2 quotes for my roof repairs, the first said my roof was a write-off and needed completely replacing. Thankfully Maple Roofing said the roof could easily be repaired and the work was completed in a few days. A few months later a small leak developed around my chimney (caused by a previous roofer) and Maple Roofing even fixed this free of charge. Strongly recommend you ask these guys for a quote!

I'd been putting off getting the leak in my roof mended as I couldn't really afford it, but with the recent rain I couldn't ignore it anymore. I found their details on Which Trusted Traders. Sam reacted quickly to my request for a quote, gave me a quote and then did the work really soon after that. There haven't been any problems since, though they didn't send me the invoice until there had been more rain so that I could check that the leak had definitely been fixed. They were efficient, turned up when they said they would, charged me what they'd quoted, and were pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had a problem/dispute with Peabody-owned neighbouring property and rainfall cascading over their guttering onto our windows. Peabody appointed Maple Roofing to sort out. Which they did by replacing the guttering and doing something else (can’t remember what they called it) to make the water flow better into it. Great communication in a stressful situation which made all the difference. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, Ian and Sam. Peabody paid for this work but I am still giving 5 stars for value as they would have had to price keenly (and meet stringent criteria) to get on their approved suppliers’ list.

Sam and team did a great job in replacing broken tiles, repointing edges and fixing guttering. Good price, nice people, good job done. A few months later, another tile came off in the storm - they even came back and fixed it for free. Definitely recommend.
