I can highly recommend Maple Roofing. They are easy to contact and always return calls and emails. Their pricing is competitive, they show up on time, and are super professional. I got 2 quotes for my roof repairs, the first said my roof was a write-off and needed completely replacing. Thankfully Maple Roofing said the roof could easily be repaired and the work was completed in a few days. A few months later a small leak developed around my chimney (caused by a previous roofer) and Maple Roofing even fixed this free of charge. Strongly recommend you ask these guys for a quote!

I'd been putting off getting the leak in my roof mended as I couldn't really afford it, but with the recent rain I couldn't ignore it anymore. I found their details on Which Trusted Traders. Sam reacted quickly to my request for a quote, gave me a quote and then did the work really soon after that. There haven't been any problems since, though they didn't send me the invoice until there had been more rain so that I could check that the leak had definitely been fixed. They were efficient, turned up when they said they would, charged me what they'd quoted, and were pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended.

We had a problem/dispute with Peabody-owned neighbouring property and rainfall cascading over their guttering onto our windows. Peabody appointed Maple Roofing to sort out. Which they did by replacing the guttering and doing something else (can’t remember what they called it) to make the water flow better into it. Great communication in a stressful situation which made all the difference. Would definitely recommend. Thanks, Ian and Sam. Peabody paid for this work but I am still giving 5 stars for value as they would have had to price keenly (and meet stringent criteria) to get on their approved suppliers’ list.

Sam and team did a great job in replacing broken tiles, repointing edges and fixing guttering. Good price, nice people, good job done. A few months later, another tile came off in the storm - they even came back and fixed it for free. Definitely recommend.

Maple Roofing replaced the polyeurathane on my small porch flat roof (as it had started leaking), and also installed some new lead flashing where it was previously missing. Ian and Sam were prompt to respond to my quote request; very clear with me in describing the work that needed doing after they came out to assess the leaky roof; emailed me a written quote quickly as requested and were prompt to then come out and do the work once I'd agreed. They communicated well with me about changes to work dates due to some very minor supplier delays. They were friendly and pleasant when on site - and kept me updated about the work. They emailed me an invoice promptly after work was complete. The work looks like it was done to a high standard and I've had no leaks since. I would not hesitate to have them back if I need any roofing work done in future!

I had a leak in a flat roof that I needed fixing quickly, Ian provided a quote, made a temporary patch and came back to complete a full repair to agreed timescales, certainly would recommend Maple roofing
