Mark cut/capped existing 15, 22 and 28 mm pipes and installed six lever valves in our bathrooms, staying until 8 pm to ensure that everything was complete and to his usual high standard. We have used him twice before as his commitment to a high quality of work and standards and meeting the needs of the customer is paramount. He always discusses, explains and listens to customers' needs and instils confidence. He is very friendly, approachable and committed to everything that he does. We will use him for all our plumbing needs without hesitation.

Mark fitted a replacement Worcester Bosch boiler for me following recommendations from a previously engaged heating engineer. This did not solve the heating issue that I had with the system. He returned for a second visit to re-pipe the heating pipes in the airing cupboard that he thought was the most likely cause of the system problem. I am delighted with the results. A thoroughly professional tradesman, very reliable and the job done at a fair price.

I consider myself very lucky to have come across Mark, He is one in a million. I had a boiler installed two years ago, the installers convinced me that the new boiler and cylinder would not fit in the area where the existing one was. They put it in the cupboard in the small bedroom. I was never really happy with this arrangement but thought there was no other option. Recently, I saw a guy working near where I lived, I asked for his opinion, he put me onto Mark. After initial contact Mark, told me no problem to do what I required and would quote, this he did by the following day. Price was good so I went ahead. His work was exceptional, did everything I required, put everything back in place. I was impressed with his knowledge and experience. Finished the job when he said he would, no hidden Suprises, cleaned-up, also serviced my boiler and Gas fire. I have since called him back again to fit a new radiator, again good Job. Mark is a very affable, good humoured, friendly, and most of all a very experienced engineer I highly recommend him and will always use him for any future work.

Contacted Mark late in the afternoon 2 days ago, regarding a leak I had discovered in our airing cupboard. He said he'd call in on the way home and have a look at the source. He confirmed our suspicions that it would be the water cylinder and said he'd let us know a price when he got back. He was unable to ring because of getting home late but called first thing yesterday morning to tell us a price. We agreed for the work to be done, as it was much less than we had anticipated, and he said he was able to fit us in today. He arrived on time and was polite and courteous. He set about draining the system and went out to get the cylinder from the supplier. Not out for long and cracked on with the job. After getting to a stage where it could be tested, there was a secondary fault identified with the ball valve in the loft tank, so a price was given and agreed on, and off he shot to get the part. New part fitted and on to a secondary test. Mark also found a faulty diverter valve (hasn't worked properly for as long as I can remember) and this was priced up. He had to shoot out again and just made it to the supplier before closing. The work is all complete within 48 hours of discovery, and all for less than we had originally anticipated just for the cylinder. Mark has also been able to advise on some preventative maintenance to mitigate the risk of a potentially expensive malfunction. All in all, very impressed with his professionalism and standard of work.
